Welcome! This modern new build is a 3 bed, 2 bath treehouse perched by a little verdant forest in a lovely quiet neighborhood. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature both a comforter and foam mattress to provide extra comfort during your vacation.To provide more joy and vacationing memories for you, we also have a full-on game room with a foosball and air hockey table to embark on some friendly competition. Loser buys pizza! Even more, there is a complimentary luxury hot tub to add some opulence to the mix, wonderful for relaxing with wine in hand while enjoying the many daytime forest sounds or viewing the nighttime stars.
The space
Heading into the spacious living room, there are large open/close windows overlooking the lush forestry, allowing you to fully enjoy the views along with the many naturistic sounds ranging from birds chirping to the ocean crashing. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal prepping, perfect for serving delicious meals to your friends and family after a peaceful day at the beach.
Don’t feel like cooking inside? No worries! We also have a BBQ on the balcony where you can grill up something satisfying before heading back inside for a night of board games, puzzles, or gathering around the 75-inch TV for a family movie night. PS: Don’t forget to bring popcorn!
The house is almost a single-leveled home. The main level features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, and an open living room that blends into the kitchen. And from the living room, there are stairs that lead to the game room and hot tub outside.
Other things to note
Neighborhood:

We are located in a very quiet and well-maintained neighborhood where everyone is super friendly and always make you feel like you are a resident yourself. In addition, you won’t see any loud nightlife going on around here, so please NO PARTIES or any LOUD EVENTS to help keep our community and neighborhood keep the peaceful environment it has always been. Also keep in mind that we often have kids playing in the neighborhood, so please lower your speed after entering the community gate.

That said, when you are not out exploring all that Oregon has to offer or heading to the beach, feel free to enjoy one of the 3 mini trails located insight the neighborhood to either begin your day off right or end it on a relaxing note.

Get Around:

We never knew Netarts Bay would end up being our true vacation destination, but we sure understand that now! Netarts Bay, Oregon is the prime spot for enjoying both adventurous and relaxing activities in just about every direction. Here, you can go crabbing, clamming, or even watching the Harbor Seals from the shore when the tide is low (some may even get really close to you!). And if you love adventures, you can rent a boat or a kayak cruising on the bay to soak in the landscape. If you are lucky, you may even see a giant eagle catching fish on the bay!

Besides the bay, we are just 10 minutes away from Oceanside, where you can surf, pick pretty stones, have a drink in one of the oceanfront restaurants, and/or watch the beautiful sunset at Three Arch Rocks (we call it kissing dinosaurs). We are also 10 minutes away from Cape Lookout State Park, where there is a scenic hiking trail that leads you to see whales!

I UNDERSTAND CERTAIN RISKS BY DOING RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES(FOR EXAMPLE: USING THE STAIRS TO GET ACCESS TO GAME ROOM AND HOT TUB, USE BBQ ETC). I UNDERSTAND THERE WILL BE A VARIETY OF OTHER RISKS NOT KNOWN AND REASONABLY FORESEEABLE. I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN ACTS AND OMISSIONS AND ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS AND OMISSIONS OF ANY INDIVIDUALS IN MY PARTY, OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE HOUSE. I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES AND INJURIES DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD.

I FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS HOUSE OWNER ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS THAT OCCUR DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:

•QUITE HOURS BETWEEN 10PM-7AM - The house is in the residential neighborhoods and any loud events/gatherings are prohibited. Violators might subject to law enforcement, and the rental agreement will be immediately terminated.

• NO PETS ARE ALLOWED - Violators will have $500 fine and immediate departure.

• SMOKING - Please no smoking or vaping of any kind inside of the house and garage, otherwise you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.

• PARKING&DRIVING - The neighborhood has kids playing outside specially during summer. Please lower your speed as you enter the community gate.

•CANCELLATION POLICY & COVID-19 - Please review the cancellation policy before booking. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please make changes on your dashboard, we are not able to cancel your reservation. If you have any difficulties to cancel your reservation, please contact Airbnb Customer Service to assist you. All COVID-19 related cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy. We strongly suggest you to purchase travel insurance when travel during COVID-19 pandemic.
