Great building just across the street (a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! The main bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite, the second bedroom has double bed and a twin bed and the there is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 7 people comfortably. High speed wifi and cable TV are provided and there are Smart TVs in the living room and main bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one covered assigned and another unassigned. This condo is on the third floor and there is an elevator in the building. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options! 2 night minimum stays available until Memorial Day weekend.*

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $119.99. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
