Fantastic location. Wonderful view of the water. Great communication and very responsive to questions. The cottage has a rustic feel - very different from the typical ‘all white’ decor you usually find in these types of rentals. Comfy bed.

Location, location, location. It was a wonderful, beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Paul and Michele were very happy to help and had quick responses with any questions I sent them. I would definitely recommend to stay at Sea Perch!!

The location just steps from the beach and water was wonderful. The cottage , however, was not what we expected. While we anticipated that it was a small studio style cottage, we didn’t expect the clutter and amount of random items filling every available space within the room. Think flea market/yard sale eclectic decor. While this may be appealing to some it was definitely not our vibe. We put our suitcases in the car so we’d have room to walk around. The location was great for proximity to Provincetown and the national seashore. Paul was very responsive to text inquiries

Sea Perch photos accurately depict the decor and the size. Sorry it was not your vibe. In your communication with us when we checked in with you several times during your stay, you stated you liked Sea Perch and did not mention these issues. Many, many, many folks love Sea Perch and return every season.

It is a lovely spot with everything you might need. But it is a super tight squeeze. Lots of stuff “tchotchkes “ that could be cleared out for the summer. Otherwise super outdoor seating for ocean viewing and a nice shady spot on the side. Thanks to our hosts!

Paul and Michele are truly SUPER HOSTS. Instructions, communication, checkin, checkout, and everything in between says they are the best of the best. The first evening we were met with a beautiful sunset across the bay and adjacent to one of the two visible lighthouses/tower. We enjoyed the location, right on the beach, and the walk on the uncrowded beach that probably reaches all the short distance to P-town. It was a very short drive to great restaurants and a combo-deli/market (East End Market) that served novel soups and sandwiches as well as all the items we needed for charcuterie on the deck of the cottage. The cottage is like a mini-home, everything we needed located right on the beach. The nautical items and collectibles were fascinating. I found the numerous hooks throughout the cottage very useful. Too often not even the best of hotels offer this convenience. Unfortunately, a major storm cut our stay short but we got enough of a taste for the area and the hospitality of Paul and Michele that we already look forward to returning as schedules permit.

Perfect get-away

This cozy cottage was just what we were looking for for our anniversary get-away. Right on the water, close to lots of options for things to do. Check-in was easy and the owners were quick to respond to questions.

Nice location cottage was cute and decorated with amazing artifacts and very clean but overall came off as crowded dated and not very comfortable so I didn't spend much time there but that was OK because it gave me plenty of time to explore the natural beauty of Cape Cod

Best weekend getaway

My girlfriend and I enjoyed every minute of our time at The Sea Perch. The location was fantastic. Close to everything. We loved the ambiance of the cottage and we would love to make this an anual vacation.
