The house is equipped with bikes, highchair, booster seat, 2 inflatable mattresses, pack and play, pool floats, beach toys and more. We have fishing poles, sand toys, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for you to use!

Explore the nearby beaches or stay home and enjoy the pool and have a BBQ. (There is a grill-you may need to purchase propane as needed)

The space is perfect for families, this Cape Coral home offers the full Floridian indoor/outdoor living with sliding glass doors that fully open from the living room to the lanai.
Sit in the shade on the outdoor sectional, lay on a floatie in the Southern facing pool or curl up in the family room for a movie.

You will have access to the entire house excluding the owner's closet which is located in the Master.

Non-Swimmers must be supervised at all times. There is a pool gate for you to use. if you would like it installed before your arrival, just ask and we will have it up!
This is a 100% smoke free property.
No diving in the pool.
No glass in the pool area.
No parties.
Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
The guest who makes the reservation must be present the entire stay. We have installed a ring camera at front door and one in the garage that faces out. These both have been added for extra security for us owners and all of our guests. NO PETS allowed. There will be fine of $500 if this rule is not followed.
