Looking for an affordable beach vacation close to the heart of Gulf Shores? Sunchase #112 has got you covered! This cozy condo is just minutes from several restaurants and shops, and the beach, pool and hot tub are just steps away.

Sunchase #112 has two bedrooms. The master has a Queen bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a full bed. There is no TV in this bedroom. Both bedrooms share a bath which features a separated vanity area.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare simple meals and there is a stacked washer/dryer combo in an alcove off the hallway.

The comfortable living/dining area has a sleeper sofa which brings the max occupancy up to 6.

Pack your suit and flip flops and come chase the sun at Sunchase #112. We'll see you there!

* Covered parking for 1 Vehicle Only (Parking Spot will not fit oversized vehicles). Parking pass is required and is $35 (included with booking fees).

Girls beach trip

Took my daughters on a girls beach trip to kick start our summer. We really enjoyed our room and the location. The beach was within perfect walking distance and we had all the amenities we needed. The room was very clean and it was perfect for our group/ stay in gulf shores

Nice stay

Great location. Condo could use some updates, mattresses were terribly old and uncomfortable on both beds and water heater left us taking cold showers. Otherwise great place. Our 2nd sitting break at sunchase and we like it because of the heated pool, usually too cold in the Gulf for the kids to play this time of the year. Will likely stay here again, great value

No coffee table in livingroom to sit lquids on. Floor extremely cold as over garage and only rug/mat in livingroom.Only one balcony chair. Closets cluttered snd lacked hangers. Matress worn. Modern appliances. Great reception for tv and computer. Bathroom could use update. Staff always available by text. We were there for 3 weeks.

The parking space for #112 is not an adequate space. We were there with 4/5 other vehicles, could have parked in a better spot but didn’t want to be towed. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The ceiling in the shower appeared to have water damage that may need to be replaced. Otherwise very nice.

Really nice room. Great to be able to just walk out and go to the beach. Pool is a little smaller then it looks in the pictures. Manager did really well explaining how small the parking spot is but there was a lot of other people parking where they shouldn’t and we couldn’t get out a couple of times.

Great beach vacation!!

We enjoyed this place and all the amenities! The beds were ok for a couple nights but if longer stay they were not the best. We loved the walking distance to the private beach access and that our condo was on first floor. Kitchen was nice and very well stocked with what you need for a weeks stay. The pool was smaller than the picture but very refreshing. We would stay here again!!

Overall decent for the price

The place was slightly smaller than pictured but it was clean and located close to things needed. The parking lot we were assigned was very difficult to maneuver but overall it was reasonably inexpensive for the access and accommodation to the beach.

Issues

Overall we had a bad experience. The dishes were dirty in the cabinets there was dust all over the cabinets and above the fridge. The fridge did not cool for almost the whole first day and the freezer wasn’t freezing properly. We also had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and took 9 hours to resolve the issue( knowing I had a pregnant wife there).The a/c is located with the trash can and the filter was black/brown and hadn’t been changed in a long time. There was also left over trash under the couch foot rest from the previous renters. I submitted photos of all issues to coastal today and have yet to get a response from them. They only offered us a late check out or to stay the next night since they didn’t have anyone renting it ( both my wife and I had to be back at work).
