The House is located in a small town called Brautarholt, there is a nice swimming pool and outdoor playground for the kids. Â
Town Ărnes is only 11 min away, there you find a swimming pool. There is also a gas station, mini market and grill.  In Ărnes you can find ĂjĂłrsĂĄrstofa visiting center for tourists where you can find information about the area.  From Ărnes you can drive further and find one of the most beautiful places in Iceland, GjĂĄin.  You can also find waterfalls HjĂĄlparfoss , HĂĄifoss and Granni , HĂĄifoss height is 122 meters and is the fourth highest waterfall in Iceland.
Town FlĂșĂ°ir is only 15 min away, where you can find Secret Lagoon, swimming pool, small grocery store, and VĂnbĂșĂ° ( liquor store ). Â
The Town Reykholt is also close by, there you have the popular tomato farm Friðheimar ( one of the most popular place to go on the Golden Circle ).  Farm Efstidalur is also not far away, there is a nice restaurant and homemade ice cream.  Laugavatn is also not far away, there you have Fontana ( sauna place ).  And of course the highlight of the Golden Circle Gullfoss and Geysir is close by.  It's a great place in the Icelandic countryside and a great base to explore the south of Iceland.
Our house has 2 bedrooms, Master bedroom has Double bed ( 140x200 cm ), the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed with lower level 140x200 cm and upper level 90x200 cm. The Kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. We have a TV and playstation4 and an Apple TV.Â
During winter time it's a good location to see the Aurora / Northern lights ( if the weather condition is right ).
We have a baby crib and high chair for your children.
We provide linen, towels and soap etc.
We manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik. Â Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. Â We also offer long term renting.
