Family trip to visit Daughter who attends Naval Academy

Place was really nice inside and backyard was excellent. Location was near all types of stores and an easy ride back and forth to Annapolis. Would rent this location again.

Santi Place

We loved the property and I could tell you love your property. It was comfortable, location was convenient to stores. Peaceful, beautiful, surprisingly spacious. Santi Place is in my top 5. We had a fantastic time.

Very relaxing stay. Property was clean and had everything we needed; just as pictured. Back gate gives easy access to a small grocery store less than a 3 minute walk. Very convenient. Great outdoor spaces with well kept equipment. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our two family getaway. Had all the amenities you could want for not the kids and the adults. The pool and outdoor kitchen made it the perfect vacation!

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying here. The Mexican theme was super cool and the hole place was a lot of fun. Games to play inside and the weather was nice for the pool. The outside area is truly awesome. Could have stayed there the whole time.

Relaxed and beautiful stay

We went there for 3 nights and loved this place. It had everything we needed and more. Our children loved the pool and the activities in the basement including Karaoke machine. The owner was very friendly and fast with his responses. He was so kind that without even asking he offered us more time to check out due to a big storm outside. We would love to come back here if we come back in this area.

We loved this little place. We had a problem with there not being enough propane to keep the pool heated so we lost an entire day in the pool. There are no drain covers on the bottom of the pool. The only issue was losing a day in the pool.

A Complete House

This home is a 10 out of 10. It's one of the best homes I’ve ever rented. It superseded my expectations., unfortunately, the pictures don’t do this home any justice it’s super clean super comfortable and it had everything a person needs. I would rent this house again.

USNA Graduation Stay

The property was very clean and well keep. The backyard had a perfect setup for entertainining. We were there before Memorial Day so inquire about the date the pool opens. We had several days of rainy weather so the pool table and ping pong table in the basement came in handy. The host was very responsive and accomodating. We had a problem with our Vrbo reservation at check in and the host worked directly with Vrbo to resolve the issue. The area had plenty of restaurants and stores and was a 25 minute drive to USNA.

Beautiful Home

The home was aesthetically beautiful especially the backyard. Pool was great !! Owner provided sunscreen , bug spray & even some adult beverages.. very thoughtful. Quiet hours begin at 10pm so if you book a weekend stay with intent to celebrate or party , be mindful of that. The backyard is the highlight of the home but you can’t play music after 10pm on a Friday night.

Backyard Summer Fun

Extremely impressed with the entire place. Diamond in the rough. My family traveled in from all over the country Arizona, Massachusetts, Florida, Pennsylvania. To celebrate my sons 30th bday (he lives in MD). Old school backyard family fun. the house was truly a home for our long weekend. So thoughtfully planed and accommodating. Beds very comfortable and towels a plenty. Outdoor kitchen divine!! Wonderful!!!!

Backyard Oasis

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to stores. The house was clean and well stocked. The backyard had a wonderful pool and one of the best outside grilling and cooking stations I’ve ever experienced. After a nice day at the pool we then went down stairs for a few games of pool. Great overall experience.
