Beautiful property with a view from every room in the house! Location is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit and 3 different outdoor sitting areas. It was great to see our 13 and 14 year olds put their phones down, sit in the swinging chairs, and admire the greenery. This place is not too far from apple orchards and the absolutely stunning Amicalola Falls. Highly recommended for those wanting to get away and spend some quality time together.

Serenity Now!

Three couples rented this house over Labor Day weekend. Just a short drive from our home in Alpharetta and we were in the mountains and completely stress free. The house was more than big enough and had every amenity we could possibly need. We had great views and even had a mama bear and her two cubs show up at the front door. Who could ask for anything more! We will definitely rent this house again and I highly recommend you do as well.

Our time at Red Stag Ridge was incredible. We were able to spend time together as friends, grill out, play games, and relax in an absolutely luxurious cabin. My short friends enjoyed the step stools, in particular. And we all loved the views, the hot tub, and the bathrooms! Anytime we had a question or concern, we received a prompt response and genuine kindness! We are so thrilled with our time spent there and would love to return!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Relaxing View

This was the relaxing vacation we wanted. The description is accurate, there is a variety to keep you busy in thec area…but we were fine just hanging out in the cabin. It even rained a few days while we were there and the covered parts of the deck still allows you enjoy the outside space.

Amazing Cabin

The cabin is amazing. Its a great layout and decorated by a professional. Everything you need in the kitchen for a perfect meal or BBQ on the deck - Kids loved the games/dart room downstairs and the swinging chairs on the balcony. A+

Absolutely Perfect!

Our stay at Red Stag was perfect- from the beautiful decor and comfy beds and couches indoors to the amazing outdoor space, every expectation was exceeded! We spent our mornings hiking beautiful trails and our afternoons and evenings relaxing in the deck, soaking in the hot tub and taking in the amazing views! We did quite a bit of cooking atop. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We will be back!! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I loved our stay at Red Stag. Property is very easy to get to and is close to Blue Ridge and Ellijay hiking, waterfalls, restaurants and shopping. We had several small housekeeping-type issues that were immediately addressed by David and his team. The community is still under construction, but we heard no noise or disturbances from our cabin. Beds and living spaces are very comfortable. I would recommend this cabin - the others in the community also look great and I believe are managed by Mountain Vibe Vacations, also. We already miss it! Great vacation.

Exquisite house! Truly a dream!

This house is gorgeous! I felt like royalty. So many spaces to get cozy outside. Several porches. Lots of fireplaces. Great hot tub. Beautiful view. My favorite was walking the neighborhood with my son each evening & exploring. Everything you could need for cooking & SO many coffee makers. I would stay here every trip if it is available!

Amazing girls getaway

We went up to Ellijay for a sister in law getaway. The home exceeded our expectations, and was absolutely gorgeous! The view was amazing and the home itself was 5 star level. Some cabins you visit do not have all the items needed for a comfortable stay. This home had everything anyone would need. It was very clean and comfortable. The only recommendation would be to add a garbage can and dish soap down on the lower level bar area, so you don’t have to walk up the stairs to clean the dish ware.

5-Stars All the Way!!

Our family of 8 (includes grandparents, parents and 3 adult grandchildren) had a wonderful time! Upon entering Red Stag we were greeted by a beautiful view out every huge window. This executive getaway was built to greet nature and quickly our eyes absorbed the luxurious decorum complimentary to Red Stag. All very comfortable, roomy, and clean. Loved the functional and equipped kitchen and gorgeous dining room tablescape. It's a feeling of openness but yet privacy was easily accessible. The owners made it feel very cozy & inviting. Highly recommend this getaway! If your preferred timeframe is filled, consider changing your dates!

Amazing Getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend; loved the house, the design, furnishings, etc. and the view was great. Due to the hot weather, we couldn't take advantage of the spacious decks or hot tub, but inside was nice and cool. Just a short ride to downtown fun places to browse, eat and shop. All in all, just the amazing getaway with friends we needed. I would highly recommend it! The slight issue we had was that the bedrooms were dusty and the bed sleeping pillows were not fresh smelling and should probably be replaced. But that did NOT negate the other many positives. We would stay there again and I will recommend it to friends.

Nice Stay

Overall, I would rate this stay 4 stars. The property and the areas around it were beautiful and the house itself was very pretty with ample space. However, considering the high price, there were things that the hosts could have managed much better as it seems that they were stingy with a handful of things that would have made this a 5-star stay: 1) There was not enough dishwashing detergent / pods for a 1 week stay so we had to go buy our own after we ran out of the 3 that were provided 2) The outdoor patios and the door tracks were littered with lots of big dead bugs. I understand that some bugs are bound to exist, but it seemed that the cleaning staff did not bother to hose off or brush away any of the massive dead insects in any of the bedroom door tracks or all the over patios 3) The fridge water filter status was at zero, so it seems that they did not bother to change the filter 4) The freezer door handle was completely broken off 5) There were no matches provided to light the fires (or none that we could find at least) so we had to buy our own 6) One of the outdoor patio screens was broken and we couldn't get any of the screen locks to work properly 7) 90% of the batteries in the various remotes were dead and we could not find backups so we had to buy our own to use during that week

Excellent Vibes & Outdoor Space

This home is exactly as described and you will experience what you see in the photographs. The multiple outdoor spaces are absolutely perfect for hosting gatherings with friends and family. There are few small critiques that future guests should be aware of. The HVAC is quite loud, so it can sound like it is raining when it isn’t. The heater can also can run a lot and make the home SUPER warm. We simply turned it off during the day (because the sunlight kept the house warm) and then turned it back on at night. The sun comes into the living & dining room from about 2 - 6pm and can make it challenging not to have glares / sun in eyes while relaxing. Unfortunately there are no blinds (like some of the other properties that have similar layouts). Lastly, for the bathroom in the primary bedroom, there are no blinds in the windows and people can easily see in as you are showering or getting in/out of the bathtub. Our family staying across the street in Grandview could see everything as well as when someone was in the hottub looking into the shower. We would highly recommend adding some blinds or curtains to these two spaces. I will say that the property mgmt company is SUPER responsive. We had several issues with the washing machine failing during the cycle, but they sent someone out right away. It kept messing up and we had to do several resets. Hopefully this issue doesn’t continue for others. We were very pleased with this property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin

It was a delight to stay at the Red Stag Ridge cabin for a few nights. Loved watching the full moon rise as we soaked in the hot tub. Great location with a beautiful view of the mountains, and a gorgeous layout of living spaces.
