-SMOKING Products are to be consumed on the exterior of the home. Don't throw cigarette butts onto the ground- ASHTREY PROVIDED!

-DO NOT RE DECORATE or move any of the furniture-LEAVE all furniture in their place!

-CHILDREN MUST be supervised at all times while outside. The pool is not enclosed with a Child Proof Fence.

- USE OUR ''LA CASA DE PAPA'' BUT ALSO RETURN IT IN A USED BUT NOT ABUSED CLEAN CONDITION!

-SECURITY-There is two cameras in font of the house but inside of the house and backyard are fully private for you!

-QUIET HOURS - 10:00pm-7:00am

-PLEASE NOTE- the jacuzzi can be turned on & off with a remote control. When you turn the Jacuzzi on it will start heating automatically, it usually takes about 30 minutes to heat it to 102 degrees .The jacuzzi will turn off automatically after 3 hours.
Pool lights are also controlled with the same remote control.

NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR JACUZZI USAGE.
WE ONLY CHAGE IF YOU WANT US TO HEAT THE POOL.
