ABOUT THE HOUSE

Finished cement floors lead to the kitchen, newly renovated with glowing white counters, glass backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a side-by-side fridge. Three can sit to morning coffee at the breakfast bar, and a glossy table seats six in the formal dining area.

Take in mountain views and swaying palm trees from the private backyard, furnished with an outdoor living room set, a six-person dining table, and a sundeck lined with loungers.
