A dog fee ($35/dog) will apply, and we kindly ask that you review our full dog policy (posted on the listing) and keep in mind:
- Up to two dogs allowed
- The dog is trained not to scratch, chew or go to the bathroom in the house
- You do not ever leave the dog on the property unattended at any time
- You don’t allow them onto any furniture/linens
- You pick up all poo/mess outside
- You confirm that your booking clearly lists the pet

As long as all of that works for you, we’re happy to have them! Please confirm your agreement through our messages so we have your agreement on record.

No furniture is to be moved around anywhere on the property at any time.

If furniture is moved or damaged in anyway, we will charge not only for the repair or replacement of the furniture but also for the labor to move the furniture back to where it belongs.
Occupancy — Max 4 adults overnight. Everyone, including kids, must be on the reservation.
Parking — Free parking directly behind the building, or paid street parking.
Pets (pet-friendly properties + service animals) — We love animals! Dogs must be approved via booking messages. Flat $50/pet per stay, up to 2 dogs (service animals exempt from fee/approval). Never leave pets unattended — violations cancel the reservation without refund. Keep pets off furniture; hair/stains/scratches add $100+ cleaning. Clean up after your pet. Unapproved pets: $75/night. Report any damage right away. Dogs only, no cats, birds, etc.
Smoking/Vaping — Smoke-free home. None inside, ever. Outside, stay 25+ ft from any door. Evidence outside (butts, scraps, vapes, fire-pit remnants) = $75. Inside = $250+ plus lost-night revenue. Some homes have smoke/vape sensors on the noise monitor.
Quiet Hours — 10 PM–8 AM. Outdoor activity moves inside at 10 PM. Turn off accessible string lights.
No Events or Parties — Strictly prohibited (our policy, local ordinance, and your booking platform`s). Minimum $50 charge + possible removal.
Safety & Security — Outdoor cameras and noise/security sensors are for security and insurance. Don`t tamper, unplug, or cover them. Minimum $50 charge + possible removal.
Release of Liability — By booking and occupying this property, all guests and their invitees agree to use the home and its features at their own risk and release Dreme Vacation Rentals, its management, and the property owner from liability for any injury, loss, or damage during the stay. Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of everyone in their party, including children.
Neighbors — Be kind and quiet. No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Smoking rules extend to the neighborhood.
Trash — Please place all trash in the dumpster behind the building.
Other — Don`t move furniture ($100+ repositioning fee). Follow any fire bans or wildlife-safety instructions during your stay.
Damage Waiver — A $25 management fee per reservation covers up to $1,000 in accidental damage.
