3 bedroom, 2 bathroom charming coastal getaway! Step into the open living space with a full kitchen and comfortable living room that is ideal for relaxing with your friends and family.
The two covered patio decks give you the option to wake up and watch a sunrise with partial ocean views or wind down at sunset with stunning bay views.
Ideal location for easy beach access! Take a short 90 second walk to access the community beach walkover or there is a beach drive on access point .02mi from the house. You will need a sticker to drive on the beach – available at the beach entrance or convenience stores.

- Bedroom #1: 1 king bed, en suite bathroom
- Bedroom #2: 1 king bed
- Bedroom #3: 1 full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle bed (The top bunk and twin trundle are for children only. They are not suitable for adults).
- Living Room: 1 queen sleeper sofa

* Kitchen is stocked with dining ware and cooking tool essentials
(Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender)
*Clean linens and towel sets
* Full-size washer and dryer
* 65” Smart HD TV in living room
* Outdoor shower
* Includes private driveway for up to 4 vehicles
**For extended stays (2+ weeks) we require a cleaning to be done every two weeks. Please note this additional cost will be added to your booking.

INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL – We provide a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store.
Initial Supplies include: coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap, and washing detergent.
DON’T FORGET TO BRING:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bottled water, condiments, spices, beach towels, wagon, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, bug spray and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!
THINGS TO KNOW:
-Sleeps 9 total guest. Recommended 8 adults max. The top bunk and twin trundle are for children only. They are not suitable for adults
-Guest have full access to property with the exceptions of the two owner closets located in the hallway, the shed in backyard, and the elevator lift.
-There is an outdoor storage bin that has a few beach toys and beach chairs for guest to use. It is located on the balcony.
-We have one Ring security camera with audio on the front deck. It will be on during your stay.
-Please note to access the home you need to climb a flight of external stairs.
-We do not have a grill at the property. If you would like to bring your own portable grill that is fine. Please use your grill out in the yard away from the house. Do not use grill underneath house or on either of the decks. Please make sure to clean up. Any cleaning from grill use will result in extra cleaning fee.
-TV streaming services require guest login accounts.
-The refrigerator does not have an ice maker. It is recommended to bring your own bag of ice.
-We are on a well and septic system. We recommend bringing bottled water for drinking.
-This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the property (inside or outside). Any guest not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment.
-MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years. -NO PETS ALLOWED
