Kick back and relax in this comfy space! This 500 sq ft. apartment is located in historic Mount Vernon, Baltimore. Only a 5 min walk from the Peabody Institute and 10 min from the University of Baltimore and MICA. This cozy floorplan features hardwood floors, smart home accessories, and amazing natural lighting. This space offers great views of the city skyline and community. This unit is ideal for traveling nurses, students, city visitors, or content creators looking for a trendy environment.

The health and safety of our guests are very important. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, following the CDC guidelines in between each stay. The is unit is on the second floor of the historic 100-year-old French-inspired building.

Outside of The Chateau de Mount Vernon, the building shows off the beautiful brickwork famously seen on Baltimore Rowhomes. Inside, the studio is curated to perfection! We worked diligently to create a space that's an extension of ourselves and our creativity. Once you walk into the space you're greeted with personal artful touches that strive to create a cozy atmosphere, the smell of relaxation accompanied by a wave of warmth and delight... you're home!

Inside, guests will have the run of the entire apartment, which has been thoughtfully designed combining bold colors, fun accessories, and artistic decor. The apartment can accommodate up to three people, with two sharing a queen bed and one on a plush, comfortable sofa bed but is best suited for two.

Living Room

We've worked diligently to create a space that feels personal yet unconventional. The living room invites you to stay with vibrant accents and trendy decors like the Bluetooth and analog record player and its amazing collection of records. Once you sink into the convertible, foam sofa bed, you'll be comforted by the projector with Roku TV to put on your favorites. The studio has its own remote to adjust the heating and cooling

Kitchen

The kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances, pure white cabinets, and matching stainless steel hardware that provides a sleek look to the room.

In the back of the kitchen, there is a full bathroom, complete with matte black hardware - perfect for selfies before hitting the Fells Point or Federal Hill night scene.

Bedroom

There is a queen bed that fits two comfortably. As an added bonus, there is a projector for those in bed movie nights or even those lazy Sundays.
