In unmittelbarer Nähe zu vier großen Skigebiete in Summit County - Keystone (8 mi.), Copper Mountain (13 mi.), Breckenridge (16 mi.) Und Arapahoe Basin. Vail ist nur 30 Meilen entfernt. Das zweistöckige, 1100 Quadratmeter große Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Queen-Size-Bett. Ein Twin-Size-Tagesbett zur Verfügung auf dem Dachboden mit Blick auf den gewölbten Wohnzimmer. Ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa ist auch im Wohnzimmer. Beautiful house with a high-end feel. Great location for ski getaway with family

The property is located right in the middle of some of Colorado’s best skiing. The space is cozy, plenty of space for sleeping five, a well appointed kitchen, and lovely nature right out the back door. Communication was very clear.

Great location, helpful owner

The home is super close to everything in Silverthorne area and also in the woods -- I skied from the house into a nice long trail system. The owner was super responsive and kind with all our questions before and during our stay.

Awesome little condo

Lisa’s place is an awesome little condo in the perfect location. Easily accessible from 70 and short drives to all ski areas. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen/pantry. We definitely recommend and will most likely be back for future ski trips.

Wonderful place

The house was wonderful and had everything that we needed. The owner was very accommodating helping with some last minute changes. We loved the location. During our stay we skied at Copper Mountain, Vail, Monarch, A-Basin, Steamboat, and Winter Park.

Great location and value!

The townhome was exactly as advertised and we found the unit to be very comfortable for our family's needs. Loved the wood-burning fireplace after a cold day of skiing. Also, nice to have use of the garage during our stay. The place had everything you needed for cooking, extra towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. We would stay here again!

I appreciated the updated bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. The only thing I would want in order to stay again is more comfortable beds.

Andrea, The downstairs will be joining the bathroom in an update later this year. We try to keep the kitchen stocked, so it is useful for visitors; glad you enjoyed that. Beautiful and relaxing mountain getaway

Perfect location to enjoy Silverthorne, Breckenridge mountains and trails. House is very well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed all the nature and scenery out the back door including the ability to hike right off the back deck. Would definitely come stay here again. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

We have owned our home for over 30 years. We love that the U.S. Forest Service land behind our house means privacy, views, and hiking trails that allow for an easy 30 minute stroll or a long day hike, snowshoe, or cross country ski from the back door. The aspens located on the property provide wonderful sceneray while the meadow and forest beyond the property provide amble recreation opportunites.
We don't get to use our house as much as we wish that we could. So we are delighted to share it with those seeking a nice weekend or longer stay in the Colorado mountains.

Can't beat the scenic view of the aspens behind the house or sweeping views of the Dillon Reservoir and continental divide from the U.S. Forest behind the house.
