Cheerful Lake Ontario House in Wilson New York.

House is fully renovated and have one and half bathroom, washer and dryer, central AC, forced air heating, dinning room for sleeping of 8 guests.
Beautiful waterfront house with private beach, water access for swimming and relaxing in sunset view. Very private and quiet for relaxing after busy day at work. Close to wine testing, brewing and Wilson marina. Short drive to Niagara Falls, Fort Niagara, Lockport Caves and many parks and restaurants. Water access can be usedfir swimming and kayaking. WE DO NOT PROVIDE KAYAKS, but you bringing your kayaks for kayakingin Lake Ontario or swim. Be aware there is no life guard or emergency response to help. Life jacket will be provided but you can bring your own swimming shoes for better fit. Swimming shoes are must have in order to enter water.

Very nice property and was perfect for 5 adults. We loved the setting on the lake and the ease of getting to Niagara Falls. We had a very nice dinner at Vern’s in Wilson. Very clean house and very well stocked kitchen.

The property itself was beautiful (other than long grass). My interaction with the property owner was not ideal. We had a misunderstanding and he was overly aggressive in the handling of the situation. The issue was resolved and we enjoyed the rest of our stay, but I felt anxious and intimidated thereafter.

Perfect location in a beautiful setting

We had a great stay. It is close to the main attractions like Niagara Falls and the Old Port Niagara but in a quiet, nontouristy setting. We brought our boat and were able to put into the lake 5 minutes away and the river 10 minutes away. Good restaurants nearby at the marina and Woodcock Brothers Brewing close too. Grilled in the back a couple times and ate overlooking the gorgeous sunsets. We even swam from the rocky beach once. House came with everything we needed, including linens and paper products. We would stay again.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable cottage with a million dollar view. Stayed for a fishing trip with family and friends. The layout of the cottage was comfortable for everyone. Cottage was stocked with everything we could ever need. We plan on returning. Owner's communication was great. Highly recommend.

Amazing Relaxing Stay!

From the moment of arrival to the end, it was a perfect getaway. I met the Host/Owner when we first arrived as he was working on his adjacent property. He said hello and told me to let him know if there is anything that could make the stay more comfortable. There was nothing he could have done to make it better, the home/location was awesome! The home was immaculately clean, had so many supplies and nice touches. He even had a selection of coffee and teas plus other staples available to use. You could immediately tell that the property was recently renovated and completed very nice. The open kitchen, dining and living area was spacious and well laid out for a smaller home. The best spot was the sunroom which looks out onto the Lake. Even though it was cold, snowy and windy while we were there, you could not beat the view from the sunroom area. This is an ideal place to stay if you enjoy spending time at the lake, I am sure during the summer months, the lake activities would be amazing. Upon leaving, the owner/host was donating items from the next property, and we got a chance to talk briefly. He thanked me for staying and asked if there was anything that could have made the stay better. I told him no and "thank you" for allowing me to stay! He was so very kind, welcoming and caring. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this property to anyone. It was apparent in meeting and talking to the owner/host that they truly care about their properties and guests!

Girls Weekend Getaway

Beautiful accommodations in close proximity to outlet shopping and winery visits. Home was well equipped with all the amenities and was very clean upon our check in. Unfortunately the water was a bit choppy, so we weren’t able to utilize the kayaks. However we were able to enjoy sitting lakefront on late afternoon/evening. One suggestion would be for window coverings on the bedroom windows for privacy. Otherwise everything was perfect, and already planning a return trip!! Thank you!!

September Stay

Listing was as advertised. We loved the open floor plan and modern look. You can watch the water from the back viewing room, the living room, and the dinner table! Large yard, and great water access which was super clear. My dog loved running around and swimming. Wonderful sunsets and sunrises. Really cool that you can see Toronto from the back yard as well. Only two negatives we had here. The inside was pretty buggy, lots of fruit flies. Also, the air return for the AC unit was extremely loud. Kinda like being on a plane before take off…with that being said, we loved it and would stay again. It was our first family vacation with our 9 month old, and would plan to come back yearly.

Summer Lake Trip with Family & Friends

LOVE the quiet stay right on the lake! We spent days floating out on the lake, wine tasting, visiting sites and local restaurants. The house was clean and perfect for 5 of us. Great communication. Bring bug spray- we stayed in August and needed it but enjoyed fires by the lake in the evenings.
