This property is an adorable small home with magnificent views of the Ensenada Bay and Mountains. At night you can see the lights of the city of Ensenada that just sparkle so beautifully. The 24/7 gated and guarded community offers security but honestly we are a quiet and safe place and rarely have any security issues. You will feel safe and sleep soundly in this quiet and restful location. This is not a party house but rather a place to relax and chill! Quiet dinner parties or get togethers are welcome but the neighbors prefer no noise after 9 pm. This property as I mentioned in the About You paragraph above is a small house of roughly 1000 sq. ft. It has 2 bedrooms, and one bath, a lovely kitchen and dining area and a cozy living room with french doors that lead to the view deck. Additionally, there is a roof top deck with even more stunning views. The home is comfortably furnished and super clean and new. We have a strong internet signal for computer work or fun. Our area is mountainous with ample opportunity for hiking or walking. Our local 6-mile beach is fabulous and only a 7 minute drive away. La Bufadora where there is a natural blow hole and tourist area is less than 2 miles away. Small shops and mom and pop restaurants and activities are minutes away and our large grocery store Calimax is about a 20 minute drive. Downtown Ensenada is about a 35 minute drive where you will find live entertainment, art galleries, gourmet coffee shops, local tourist artisan stores and large box stores like Costco, Home Depot, Office Depot and Walmart, plus movie theatres and so much more. The premiere wine valley of Mexico, The Valle de Guadalupe is about an hour and 15 minutes drive just past Ensenada going north. You will find fine dining and boutique wineries and craft breweries plus spectacular countryside landscapes. All in all our area is unique and being only a couple of hours from San Diego makes it a "Go to Place" for a quick get away. We look forward to meeting you and having you as our guest.
