About this space
Enjoy stunning sunsets from the privacy of your balcony or the rooftop infinity pool! This home is in sought after Amapas 353 (w/elevator) 1 block to the beach (behind Blue Chairs, Mantamar & Almar Resort), has two full baths, 2 decks (1 East & 1 West), laundry, dishwasher & everything anyone could need to enjoy a vacation!
The building is small at 21 units, has a daytime caretaker (no sign in or sign out) gym, rooftop pool, cabanas & kitchen w/BBQ & easy access to all the local highlights!
The space
Everything in the condo is NEW! The master bedroom has a super comfortable Sealy pillow top, individual coil, mattress, the kitchen is fully stocked with settings for 8 people, the AC is integrated with two separate zones, both bedrooms have black out blinds, there is a safe, cable, local and North American calls are included with the landline and the WIFI strength is strong with fiber optic cables. The bedrooms are at the back of the unit facing East with the highway hiding behind the building's garden and the front of the unit faces West with forever water views & amazing sunsets!
Guest access
You will have complete access to the condo which has been set up for guests. All personal effects have been removed. The building has a gym, pool, highway parking (first come first serve), outdoor kitchen and shower, BBQ, and elevator which are shared.
Other things to note
The building does not allow parties on the roof or in the unit. Guests are also limited to 2 people per unit or on the roof top.
