Our stay was very fun. Place was as listed, except for the burnt down house directly next door. That was a bit of a shock pulling up to the place. But, overall it was very clean, played some pool, and hit the beach!

Comfortable Clean House

We found this to be a very comfortable and clean location to stay on our vacation and provided us with a great home base for our exploring on the south and west side of the island. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only downside at all was that the neighborhood can be a bit noisy (roosters were fun during the day but not at 3AM) so I would suggest that light sleepers bring ear plugs.

This place is in the perfect location, very close to the beach. This house is spaces, pool table to a big plus and the gated parking for the car. It was clean and Glenda is wonderful and very communicative. The living, dinning and kitchen area does not have AC and those room got very hot. But over all we loved it and will stay here again. Family Getaway

This was the first time our whole combined family was able to vacation together. There were 7 of us total (including a 4 year-old), and this house worked perfectly. There were only a few minor issues...1) no A/C in the living room/kitchen area, 2) the shower curtain kept falling, 3) never could get the hot water heater working (but that could have been user error as there were no instructions for use). The neighborhood is a little run down and there are lots of chickens clucking and crowing all day, but still a definite thumbs up!

We had a great time. There were plenty of eating options, but you definitely need a car to get around. Umami's was the best meal we had in Puerto Rico and it's right around the corner from the house. The beach is so close and loved that there are no waves. As mentioned before, the roosters don't stop, the iguanas are everywhere and the locals play their music during the day. We enjoyed all of it and hanging out on the wrap around porch was probably the best part. There is no A/C in the main living area, kitchen and bathrooms. But we didn't spend a lot of time there, the rooms are clean, they have A/C and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, felt safe with the gates that closed behind us and loved that we got the local experience.
