The space
Living Room- This newly remodeled condo offers a high ceiling Living room with a beautiful space to lounge. It has two modern armchairs with a deep comfortable sofa right next to an electric fireplace and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and more! High speed internet and WIFI included.

Master Bedroom
A master high ceiling bedroom with a Queen bed with a one-of-kind memory foam mattress with cotton sheets that will make it very hard to leave the bed in the morning! It also includes a ceiling fan, and closet space. All our mattresses are Zinus Memory foam and our guest rave about their comfort.

Second Bedroom
The bedroom has the same amazing memory foam bed (full size) with cotton sheets, ceiling fan, and closet space. Includes a great sized desk with an ergonomic desk chair, monitor, and mouse ready to be plugged into your laptop.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, eating and includes a large refrigerator, full range oven, toaster, microwave and more. Brand new deep sink, cabinets, countertops, and finishes. Wine, water goblets, champagne, and coffee cups provided. Coffee machine, free coffee, and tea to make your stay more comfortable.

Dining Area
The dining area has six (6) chairs around a beautiful white table located next to the kitchen island.

Laundry space located inside the unit next to patio. Detergent and Dry-sheets provided!

Location & Parking
The unit is an upstairs condo and shares a noise canceling wall with the unit next to it. You have no neighbors behind, in front or to one side of you. Parking is right in front of the stair entrance located on street level for easy access

A breakfast table perfect for enjoying a sunrise breakfast or sunset dinner that overlooks a private serene green hill. A bench that is just perfect for reading, relaxing and working from a laptop.

Parking: Additional vehicles can be parked overnight anywhere without a number allocated to the space.

We provide coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, bath towels, blow dryer, books, (2) Beach chairs and (1) foam surfboard, beach blankets and anything outside of this please bring your own supplies.
