We invite you to stay in our beautiful spacious condo. Open concept with no carpets. Fireplace, breakfast bar, dining area, living room, and a beautiful patio with mature trees right outside. Gym inside the building. You will love the convenience of having a small strip mall next to the building with restaurants and a small pharmacy.
Enjoy easy access to everything! Numerous transit buses if you are taking public transportation. Or an underground parking space to keep the car nice and warm.

My favorite memories from childhood were from the impro road trips my parents would do on the long weekends after school. We would just grab a map (it was a time with no google maps or cellphones) , and drive to new places. The adventures, the food, the new places. It was my favorite time, and I have so many memories. We met lots of nice people along the way. We can't wait for you to come, visit our city be our guest and make your own memories here.

Nicely decorated condo features a centrally located 1 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Fully furnished home in the beautiful city of Calgary. (There is actually 2 bedrooms, but one of the rooms will be closed with some of my belongings- I won't be living there).

Bedroom:
You will enjoy a spacious master bedroom with
-a bed that can be adjusted at the touch of a bottom, to lift foot or head for your relaxing experience.
-Walking closet
-Ensuite bathroom with a tub, hair dryer. shampoo, soap
-Smart TV with Netflix and Disney + for your enjoyment.
-Large Big windows with Mount Royal University views.

Living room:
-Did i mentioned the 70in TV in the living room!
-Comfortable couch and recliner.

Office:
The condo has an office area where you can plug in your laptop to the monitor, if you need to connect to work while staying here (don't forget to bring your cable for this though) .

Kitchen:
Comes fully equipped with small kitchen appliances, can opener, kettle, blender, coffee maker, pots pans, plates, condiments.

Laundry:
We have a convenient ensuite washer dryer + an iron/iron board as well.

Patio:
Right of the living room there is a nice patio area to cool off with an outdoor dining set for you to relax and don't forget to bring food for the BBQ!. We have all the utensils for it as well. Just picture yourself relaxing after a day of adventures in the city. :)

We provide lots of tourist and transit information. And small details such as nice toilet paper, plush towels, board games, water and a welcome snack.

Highlights
-Spacious patio area with a BBQ, a table and chairs.
-We are one of the biggest unit in the building.
-There are no steps to get into the condo or parking. I don't have any carpets for easier navigation. The only area with a step in the house is the patio. I can also provide a special chairs for the tub or shower upon request.
-Smoke + Carbon Monoxide detector and Fire Extinguisher.
