Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. With Pool, Hot tub, jaccuzzi, Sauna, game room and tons of local attractions.

Lincoln New Hampshire is a lovely quaint town in the heart of New Hampshire’s White Mountains. This area offers the most hiking trails and waterfalls in all of New Hampshire. Gorgeous mountain peaks abound. We are right at the beginning of the Kangamangus Highway which is listed as one of America’s top 10 most scenic byway‘s. The area boasts many great restaurants and breweries.
Popular attractions: Lost River Gorge, The Flume, The Basin, Franconia Notch, Franconia Falls, Loon Mountain Ski Resort, Clarks Trading Post (Trained Bear Show), Cannon Mountain, The Cog Railway, Alpine Adventures, Moose Tours and much more!

There are some great restaurants and sites within walking distance. Other historic sites and trails will require a bike or an automobile. The resort offers plenty of free parking.
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Did not use any of the amenities this time, but all are very good and clean. My only suggestion would be that in the bedroom the curtain be changed so it can be closed all the way. On the bottom floor, a couple of times people were walking by the back of the property in the snow and you can see directly into the bedroom.

Perfect location to all kinds of attractions and excellent food. Outdoor pool was nice (heated to 83). Unit has very nice views and peaceful sounds of stream, which the grounds have a staircase to to walk down to stream, rocky area. Rick was pleasant to communicate with. Love the rustic decor and that there was a K- cup coffee unit!

Amazing stay!

The room was EXTREMELY clean , the place was quiet, the view was so nice and you could hear the river in the back when you sit on the porch. Its right on the Kancamagus hwy and easy access to everything in town. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all my requests. I genuinely give this place a 10/10, we were so happy with our stay!

A little of everything

The condo was really clean and well outfitted for guests. The resort has lots of amenities and is close to everything in the town of Lincoln, which is a great small mountainside village. Owner/manager as well as staff on site at the resort were friendly and responsive. We would definitely book a stay there again.

Great Rental to explore the White Mountains

This rental is located within a condo complex. The overall facility is very nice and clean and has lots of amenities. This rental property has a lot to offer. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The bed is comfortable and there is a great view of the nearby mountains from the porch. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to explore. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed the stay!The only thing i would change was the description They said sleeps 5.But that would probably be with a cot in LR.But we only had three and could have slept 4 adults.you still Advertise a twin bed in LR thats not there.But it was very clean and comfy.with all we needed plus! Beautiful place in the heart of Lincoln

I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The place is newly renovated like a mini log cabin. Open living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of space, cute decor, and a little electric fireplace.. The bedroom was also a good size with a huge bay window looking out at Loon Mountain ski trails. The pool, hot tub, game room, and sauna were all very clean common areas. The location is perfect! Everything you can think of is right there - groceries to steak houses- and only 2 miles to the Ice Castles. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was superb and exactly as shown. The property was perfect Area was beautiful!

Everything from the decore to the views was exactly as describes. Check in was very easy check out the same. All the amenities we needed were given to us allowing us to utilize the little kitchenette also. Very close to loon and the ice castles which we were both able to enjoy what I stay here again 100%! All ready thinking about when to book off the time to go up beautiful serene wonderful stay Thank you soo much!!
