Located at Inlet Beach Heights 6 min walk to the beach, <1 mi to lake Powell with boat ramp, <3 mi drive to Rosemary beach shopping/dining. Private fenced backyard, outdoor seating area, charcoal grill, hammock, and a dedicated spacious parking. You can even park a small boat or RV here.

Our property
Welcome to our thoughtfully designed one-bedroom home, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway or remote work.
This is a unit in the duplex. The bedroom is black-and-white and features a king bed with extra pillows. Compact bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Living room features an open floor plan with queen sleeper sofa, smart TV and office desk for remote work. Recently upgraded memory foam mattress inside the sleeper sofa for additional comfort. You will love this wet bar/kitchenette area - it's totally cool with unique design inspired by the local restaurant! It features medium size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, multi cooker, air fryer, sink and plates, cups, glasses and salad bowls. Everything to prepare a meal. There is portable 2 burner electric stove (no full range). A private spacious fenced backyard is totally separated from another unit and is equipped with a hammock, sitting area and a grill. Natural landscape with sand and coastal vegetation (lawn maintenance is difficult near the beach). In-unit stackable laundry for added convenience.
Guest access
Our home is located on the west side of Panama City Beach, next to Rosemary Beach. The house is easy to spot—a gray duplex with turquoise doors and a white limestone front yard.
Use Google maps to find us. Apple maps may not be reliable. The house is a duplex, this unit is on the RIGHT side if you face the house (access from the ground floor). We provide plenty of dedicated parking spaces on the gravel driveway. The concrete driveway is reserved for the other unit.
Map for beach access is provided, we are close to access 95. This is a golf cart friendly community in case you want to rent. A short drive west takes you to Rosemary Beach, known for its upscale dining and boutique shopping. About 6 miles east, you’ll find Panama City Beach downtown, offering a more laid-back coastal vibe with casual bars and restaurants.
Lake Powell, just minutes away, is perfect for jet skiing, kayaking, fishing, and paddleboarding. Feel free to reach out for personalized recommendations - I’d be happy to help!

Remote check in with the digital lock for guests’ privacy. Home helpful tips and instructions are in the guest book. I am available on the phone if you have any questions.

The guest who reserves must be 21+ to reserve and check in. Our neighborhood is quiet, this is a duplex and while the walls are well-insulated, you may have neighbors next door. Please be mindful of noise levels. Parties are strictly prohibited—no exceptions.
We provide the comforters with the duvets instead of a sheet and quilt. Duvets same as other beddings are washed after every guest. This is the most sanitary option European style ;)
The home features a split floor plan with step-ups and step-downs—please watch your step while moving through the space. Our home is not suitable for young children. If you bring children, you assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being.
By booking this listing, you release the property owner from any liability related to injury or death on the property. We have ring camera overlooking the parking at the entrance of the house for your security.
Use hammock at your own risk, strictly <200 lbs weight limit, please use common sense while on property.
We are in Florida and if you leave the door open the lizards, frogs, bugs, roaches, and spiders get in. Pest control sprays the house regularly, so if you see something live - it must just got in… please keep that in mind. Keeping doors closed helps maintain a bug-free space. No candles inside the house. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
The property is on a septic system, so please be mindful. Only toilet paper should be flushed—no "flushable" wipes, grease, oils, tampons, or anything else. Proper care helps keep the system running smoothly.
Extra bedding for the queen sleeper sofa is stored inside the bench in the living room for your convenience.
Grill Use: Bring your own charcoal if you plan to grill. After use, apply water to hot coals to prevent fire hazards. Please clean the grill before checkout and cover it up.
An outdoor faucet is located at the front of the house for rinsing off sand after a beach day.
We welcome small to medium-sized, non-aggressive breed dogs with a pet fee. A doggie door is available for convenience.
Some past guests have mentioned our next-door neighbor in reviews. While he values his privacy, I personally stay here regularly and we are friendly with him. Personally, I have never had any issues. His name is Ian, he is just an old man who lived here all his life.

Emerald coast in my opinion offers the best beaches in the US. I use to travel down here few times each summer. Blue waters, white sand, abundance of seafood - what could be better? My house is just 5 min walk to the beach and <1 mi drive to the lake for fishing, kayaking etc. in a golf cart friendly neighborhood. Conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood close to shopping and entertainment of Rosemary Beach and around 7 mi drive to downtown PCB. Beach access 95 is not crowded unlike other places.
