Located in Big Bear City, North Shore Retreat is a charming 3-bedroom home that offers an authentic cabin experience while providing modern amenities for you to enjoy. This luxury home is beautifully crafted and designed to complement the surrounding landscape. Natural wood paneling and accents throughout the home showcase its classic mountain charm and the interior design provides you with contemporary comforts. An A-frame roof creates high vaulted ceilings making the home feel open and spacious while the large windows bring in natural warmth and light.

Upon entering you’ll notice the homes open concept layout, giving you and your guests plenty of living space to hang out. Sit back and relax on the leather sectional and watch the big game on the flatscreen T.V or warm up in front of the stone fireplace after a long day on the slopes. A pool table sits just off the living room, providing hours of fun! Seating for 2 can be found at a high-top table with 2 more additional barstools near the window. The expansive kitchen overlooks the living room area and provides plenty of cooking space with its large granite countertops and kitchen island. An instant pot, coffee maker, waffle iron, and more are also available for you to use. In the dining room, you’ll find seating for six at a large round table. 4 barstools can be found at the countertops for additional seating. Down the hall, you’ll find a half bath and a laundry room should the need arise for one.

Head outside to the backyard to enjoy the scenery and flawless Big Bear weather. Let the kids explore the fully-fenced backyard and hunt for pinecones or try your hand at a game of horseshoes. Barbecue steaks on the propane grill or smoke delicious ribs in the smoker. Let your cares melt away as you soak in the hot tub (Unavailable until further notice.) under the star-filled sky or enjoy the crisp mountain breeze as you sway in the hammock. Warm up next to the firepit and roast marshmallows as you enjoy the many sounds of nature.

When it's time to retire for the night, head inside where you’ll find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and twin pull-out. An attached bathroom can also be found in this room and includes a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has another queen-size bed and a twin over full bunk bed. A flatscreen T.V and access to a private bathroom is also included in this room. The last bedroom provides a king-size bed as well as a queen pull-out couch. An attached bathroom equipped with double sinks and a large walk-in shower can be found in this room as well as private access to the backyard through a set of sliding glass doors.

North Shore Retreat provides a great location that gives you easy access to the lake and other fun activities in Big Bear. If you're looking for a hiking trail with great views, Alpine Pedal Path is less than a mile away. Enjoy a tranquil walk and view wildlife at the Stanfield Marsh Wildlife preserve which is only a 2-minute drive from the home. You’ll love the convenience of being only 3 minutes from major grocery stores and restaurants. During the winter and summer months, Snow Summit Ski Resort is less than a 10-minute drive and provides countless activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. Disturbing the peace is a County Ordinance Violation. Please keep noises to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 9am. Being on the deck using the BBQ after 10:00 PM can result in a fine. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property by the County of San Bernardino Officers with no refund and additional fines from the County of San Bernardino if they receive a noise complaint.
There is a very strict limit of 3 cars maximum at this home. Neighbors will call code enforcement and you risk fines or being towed if there are more than 3 cars. Guests must park in the driveway of the North Shore Retreat property only. ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING. Guests take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for following the 3 car maximum parking at this property. You cannot hide additional vehicles at this property!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy during your stay.  NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
