Family friendly mid-island beach house

Beautiful newly constructed house with an open floor plan, featuring a kitchen with stone counters, a living room with fireplace, and an inviting dining area. The inviting house has off-street parking, a yard, front and back decks, and an outside shower. The house has a king bed primary suite with a private full bath; 2 guest bedrooms share a full hall bath.
Bring your bikes!! the house is 2 minutes away from bike trails !

First Floor Description
A large wrap-around covered porch welcomes you to the property. The front door opens into an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room with a gas fireplace. A patio off the living room offers a space for alfresco dining. A side entrance from parking opens into the mudroom with a separate laundry room and powder room.

Second Floor Description
The primary bedroom suite has a king bed and private bath with stone counters and a tiled shower. 2 guest rooms (one with a queen and another with 2 full beds) share a hall bath with a tub shower.

Lovely home

We stayed here for the stroll it was clean, new, and the host was so easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay again!

Great week on the island

Brand new home which was equipped with all that is needed for a vacation on Nantucket. Owner was very easy to communicate with and checked in several times to make sure our stay was going well. Overall, very nice rental!

Weekend getaway

Overall experience was great. The communication with the host was very responsive with any questions we had about the property. The location was convenient to get into town and nearby beaches. Would recommend to anyone else looking to vacation on Nantucket.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautifully decorated home which was very comfortable for our family. We were aware of the central island location ahead of time so we opted to bring our car. We also took advabtage of the nearby bike trails. The only hiccup was upon arrival when we had to wait 45 minutes for cleaning crrew to finish. Would definitely stay there again. .

Great Nantucket weekend!

This rental was seamless from start to finish. All communication was straightforward and detailed. Check in and check out was simple. The house is brand new, well appointed and very comfortable. The location is close to everything - beaches, town, restaurants. Highly recommend this property

Brand new house in a great location!

We had a great stay in the middle of August in this brand new house and neighborhood. House was well equipped with everything (including beach gear), and perfect for a family of 5. Beds were comfy too! Location was great as it was only a mile from the airport and a quick 15 minute bike ride into town. We biked everywhere on the island. Also very close to the largest grocery store, and quick places to eat for breakfast. 10 minute bike ride to the beach! Would definitely stay again.

Great location - close to bike paths & centrally located

This house is in a great location close to bike paths - super easy to bike to Nobadeer, surfside, and Cisco. Also close to a great meat and fish market, coffee shop, bakery, and awesome playground for kids. There’s quite a bit of construction in the neighborhood but I imagine will be idyllic by summer 2024. Kitchen was well equipped for our family, great and comfortable seating areas and nice bathrooms. There was good beach gear in the basement - chairs, towels and some toys for the kids. We enjoyed this house very much!

2024 stay

This property is physically a nice house. Problem is, it is in the middle of a construction zone. Loud noise all day every day. The first day we had no hot water and my entire family showered in the freezing cold water and I had to fix the hot water unit in the basement the next day. One of my children woke up with bites all over him. We are not sure what this is from. Not a lot of privacy. Neighbors can see in from all angles. We were honest about a spill on n a carpet and were forced to pay on island prices to replace it.

Hi Paul, thank you for your review. I beleive this review isn't honest and it's simply because you didn't like paying for the damage you caused, instead you decided to complain on a public forum instead of taking responsibility for it . When you say you fixed the water in the basement: that's pressing the heate's button- one button for 3 seconds . If Your kid had an issue, please talk to his dermatologist, our house is professionally deep cleaned ,ceiling to floors after every guest. Not alot of privacy: we have a fully enclosed back yard , and if you know ACK, it has very tightly knit neighbourhoods. As for the rug, you wanted us to hide it instead of replacing it, we strive to give a 5 star experience to our guests, they are our top priority, and that's why we had to replace it. Cheers mate!
