Gated community, 2 pools, fitness center, clubhouse, grills, gazebo, picnic areas, benches, docks, boats, walk the complex, stroll to the docks, golf cart and boater friendly, Upscale complex very well maintained with a lush feeling, open space, water, and mature landscaping.

Needed a quick place to stay for the night before leaving to Scuba Dive at coastal scuba early the next morning. It was a short stay, but it was just what we needed.

I really enjoyed my stay. Place was exactly as the pictures. Great location for shopping. The home was very spacious. The door in the master bedroom was off the hinge, but other than that we had a pleasant stay. Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We stayed over Thanksgiving week and were so grateful to have such a nice place to rest and relax between family events. The condo was clean, quiet and spacious. We were able to cook our sides and desserts with ease to bring to our Thanksgiving dinner. Location was perfect and we could even hear the regatta from the balcony! It was really a sweet, special place.

2024 family vacation was a success

This place was so nice!! It is on the 4th floor the elevator is a lil slow but no big deal!! The home was verry clean and the host was so verry helpful even with questions or concerns i had the ac was hot the second day they had someone come look verry next day !

Wonderful stay

The place was just as listed, neighborhood was quiet and the view of the lake outside was peaceful. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again. Had 5 children two adults loved that the balcony had a screen too. I will say the beds in the twin room beds are not the most comfortable, but they’ve slept on worst. The hosts were wonderful at communicating, highly recommend this place!

Great condo

Great condo with plenty of space, we had 2 adults with a teenager. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room are all spacious. Our only suggestions are to check the remotes for the TV's as the batteries might need to be replaced, and darker curtains in main bedroom for those that want to sleep in on vacation. Overall a very nice place to stay.

My family & I enjoyed our stay .it’s very clean,comfy,& close to the beach(about 15 minutes drive,,. restaurants,& stores.It has everything we needed. Very safe area.We enjoyed walking down to see all the boats at night. The kids enjoyed the pool Overall I give this stay 5 Stars!!!! We would definitely love to stay here again . Softball Tournament and Family Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. We had a softball tournament at NMB complex and it was super easy to travel there and back. Visited Cherry Grove beach about 10 away. 10 mins or less to lots of shopping and eating. Nice quiet neighborhood with pool and clubhouse close by to building. Beautiful water view from the living room and balcony. Very spacious bedrooms

Lovely stay in Little River

This property is an absolute dream! From the booking process to check out the hosts are so pleasant and kind. The property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. We only needed to stay one night but we would have been thrilled to stay longer if time allowed. We enjoyed the pool and met several neighbors who were so kind and friendly. Lots of great restaurants close by. The home was clean and check in/out was super simple. Please don’t hesitate to stay with this fantastic host!

Beautiful Place!

We were not at the place much as we just needed the place to sleep so that we could be close to family. The house was beautiful though and the area seemed really nice! I will say that getting stuck behind the swinging bridge was not fun but it can be avoided by going on 17. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Enjoyed our time at Myrtle Beach, apartment was a good place to stay/sleep while there. Only negative I have is lack of hospitality from owners. It takes a key card to enter facility and pool area, i requested my key card when i checked in and never recieved one the entire 2 weeks of stay.

The condo was spacious and very quiet.Everything was clean for the most part, just some hair on the bathroom floor, nothing that was a big deal or that I minded doing myself. The description says 5-7 min from beach but when we put it in our gps it was a 17 min drive, it’s possible that there was a beach closer that we didn’t know about and we didn’t mind a 17 min drive especially since we weren’t in the middle of all the hustle and bustle that comes with a stay closer to the beach. Overall we had a great time and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to go back!

Nice, Quiet Place

We enjoyed our stay here. It had plenty of space for our family of five. It was quiet too. There is plenty of parking. It’s on the 4th floor so unless you enjoy lots of steps, take the elevator :) The beds aren’t the worst that we’ve slept on. The sheets were clean. Some of the blankets had stains. My only complaint is when we arrived, it wasn’t very clean. I just went ahead and cleaned it myself and we went about our vacation. But it had everything my family needed and overall we had a great stay!

Dirty Unit and Not well maintained

This Unit had a dirty stove and filthy oven, toilet holders in both bathrooms dirty. We found 3 dead bugs in one of the bedrooms and mix match chairs at the dining room table: a broken chain in one of the closets, stains in the dining chairs and sofa. Not one time did the property mgr suggest to give back some of our money. They wanted to clean the oven while we were in the unit. There are lots of better cleaner choices out there. Don't Stay here!
