Our well-equipped historical beach house is perched on a local canal with a private dock just off of Assawoman Bay, so bring the boat, jet skis or your favorite water toys so you can conveniently enjoy them right from your backyard. You can also take a short walk across the street to get to the beautiful and serene beaches of Ocean City for a day of relaxation or fun riding the waves. As you enter this expansive home, you'll see vaulted ceilings in the open main living area that provides the perfect place to entertain and get everyone together to unwind. When not soaking in the ocean air, the huge 55” Smart HDTV in the living room allows you to watch the game or your favorite family movie with space for the whole family.

This 3/2 comes with a Bonus Room that’s been outfitted as a Game Room that doubles as an Additional Sleeping Area. Here you'll find a welcoming lounge with two convertible chairs and a daybed-trundle for a sleeping area of up to 4 kids, along with another 43” Smart HDTV where the kids can plug in their favorite game console. They can also have a blast on the Air Hockey Table or challenge each other to one of the many board games available including Monopoly, Scrabble, TicTacToe, Jenga and more!

Speaking of family and kids, the wrap around kitchen is comfortable and plenty spacious for cooking up your family's favorite dishes. With a long buffet-style counter, it's an awesome space for taco night, BBQ's and more. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped with more than all the basic amenities and appliances. With a 6-person wooden dining room table, 3 bar stools on a separate island bar, and spare table and chairs, you have plenty of room for the family to sit and eat together.

Outside, you'll find 3 picnic-style tables on the expansive deck, so you can enjoy your next meal with a view of the water or the tall buildings along the beach. This is our family's favorite space, where we've had many "crab feasts" over the years (in true Marylander style). This is also a prime spot for incredible views of the firework displays for the 4th of July. Wherever you choose, there will be plenty of room for everyone.

As the day winds down, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home will host a family with a maximum of 12 guests in 5 sleeping areas. In the master bedroom you'll find a plush memory foam king-size bed, 50” Smart HDTV, and a convenient en suite bathroom. The second bedroom hosts a plush queen-size bed fully equipped with a 43” Smart HDTV. The third bedroom, crafted with the kids in mind, is outfitted with a twin over full bunk bed and twin-sized trundle. This room also has 43” Smart HDTV ready for them to connect their favorite game console or watch their favorite show. We also have a queen-sized sofa bed in the main living room along with two convertible chairs and a daybed-trundle in the game room. In total, you have (1) king, (2) queen, (1) full and (4) twin sized beds along with (2) chairs that fold out into small single beds.

Walk up to the Gold Coast Mall with its many shops, a newly remodeled movie theater and fitness center. With everything close by, you can enjoy hot and fresh donuts at the Fractured Prune, or watch a unique ice-skating show at the Carousel hotel. The world is your oyster!

With a bus stop in walking distance, you'll have an easy cruise down Coastal Highway to all of the best attractions. The Fenwick Island Lighthouse is just three miles away and gives you the chance to learn about the history that surrounds you. Ride bikes at Northside Park, which is full of many family-friendly events throughout the season. For a unique adventure, go parasailing out on the bay, flounder fishing on a charter or see the wild horses at Assateague Island. For an even bigger thrill, ride the Sea Rocket of Ocean City or head down to the pier for some good ole' carnival-style fun.

We have a dedicated laundry room has a brand-new large capacity washer and dryer that you can use free of charge. We only ask that you try to keep as much sand out of the washer and dryer as possible. We know it's nearly impossible in a beach town, but please do your best.

We also provide all linens and towels (no beach towels), and at least one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one hotel size soap, shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom.
