Registration (Parking & Armbands) is paid separately via the Park N Spot App. Parking is limited to one space per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice. Registration averages around $60 per stay.

Amenities includes pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, etc.....and parking. Wristbands are required per guest for on property identification.
