Unwind on the covered patio equipped with misters or gather around the firepit at dusk.

Natural light pours in through sliding glass doors that lead to a covered patio. Recline on an armchair, sleeper sofa, and couch for a movie on the 60-inch TV. A game room has a ping pong table, darts, a card table, a treadmill, and a daybed that offers additional slumber space. Prepare home-cooked meals in the updated kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a side-by-side refrigerator. Serve meals at the dining table. Two bicycles, books, video games, and a washer/dryer are provided.

Water cascades over a tranquil boulder water feature into the lagoon-style pool and spa on the double-lot compound. Sunbathe on four loungers, sip refreshing beverages at several sitting areas, or gather at the clay firepit with three Adirondack chairs. The covered patio is the social heart of the home and is equipped with a grill and alfresco dining at three tables.

Spend a leisurely afternoon in Old Town La Quinta, an outdoor shopping/dining village with boutiques, eateries, live music, and a weekly outdoor market -- just 1 mile from home. Walk a half-mile to Fritz Burns Park or enjoy numerous nearby hiking and biking nature trails.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
