Steps to the beach!

Cozy Summer cottage just steps from Sea Street Beach. Walkable to wonderful breakfast spots and the famous Sundae School Ice Cream. Relax on the loveseat swing or enjoy your Summer reading on the porch. We have a barbecue grill and outside dining area in a quiet backyard.
No need to drive to the beach with our cottage as your spot! A few steps away is the entrance to Sea Street Beach. We provide the sun,(hopefully), the sand and the sea! You need to provide your own sheets and towels. If this is not possible, let me know, and I will do my best to accomodate you.

Best stay in years

We loved this property! So close to the beach and was just big enough for a small family. Very clean and had a screened in porch which we loved. Highly recommend!

Perfect cottage for our family of 4 with kids under 10. Thoughtful layout and decor, clean and very well-kept. We particularly enjoyed the cozy front porch. It was literal steps to Sea Street beach, and had the added bonus of having the Wee Packet and Sundae School an easy walk away. We loved our stay and would visit again!

We had a great stay. Perfect cottage only steps from the beach and the Pelham House, where the wedding and reception occurred.

Great little place by the beach!

We spent a week on the Cape! Staying here was a nice base to come home to after a day out. It was also so close to the beach that we could spend a day just relaxing at the cottage. Thank you again!!

Perfect Stay

Very close to beach, clean, stocked with tp, soaps, etc. beds comfortable, many windows to catch breeze, both indoor and outdoor showers work well, enjoyed glider on front porch, hope to go there again!

Loved this cottage! The front screen porch was our favorite hang out spot each day for breakfast, reading, or just chatting. It is literally steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood so close to many restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream spots.

Wonderful cottage so close to the beach and clean. My kids enjoyed being able to walk to the beach at any point in the day, and we as parents enjoyed being able to go back to the house at any point for food, naps etc without having to lug anything down to the beach. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Retreat

We enjoyed our stay, the cottage is clean and has good size rooms. We found it to be very spacious for our small family. The location was perfect and it just so happened to be walking distance to everything we loved,the beach, ice cream, food, and family!

A great cottage!

So close to the beach! This little cottage had everything the four of us needed for our stay. Everything was clean and it felt like home right away. We would love to stay here again.

We've stayed on the Cape for a week for about 15 years. Another wonderful stay at this cottage. It's our favorite. Perfect description- steps to the beach. Many places to hang out from kitchen table and living room to screened in porch to outdoor porch. Clean and comfortable. The host responds quickly to any questions. Love the outdoor shower to use after the beach. Used the beach chairs. Many good restaurants and shopping within minutes of a drive or walk. Hope to stay again.

WONDERFUL little cottage. If you google map the house to the beach it says 8-10minutes. That’s false. It is only up a small hill and then the beautiful horizon greets you. Be aware that the beach has many steps to go down so plan accordingly with kids/gear. The house was perfect size for a family of 4 with small kids. The screened in porch was lovely in the evening. A very quiet neighborhood. We would stay again for sure!

Sweet beach cottage

very nice property and cottage very close to the beach. Quiet street and nice neighborhood. House very well maintained overall. has beach chairs and nicely outfitted. I would add a small air conditioner in the main living room but that is the only small change needed. It was hotter than normal for our stay and the two bedrooms have ac units.

Mommy & Me Cape Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! It was the perfect size for my daughter and I to enjoy a vacation together! The yard, patio and swing were beautiful to enjoy while the sun was shining, the beach was just a short walk from the front door, and the inside was perfectly cozy for snuggling on the couch and enjoying a movie or watching a thunderstorm from the screened-in porch! First cape visit

Stay was ok, had issues with a down cable but host was great with communication and it was resolved within 24hrs. Place could use another ac unit in main living space. We had 80% humidity and could only be comfortable in the bedrooms. We are a tall family so ceiling height for anyone over 6ft and bathroom was tight! Other than that was ok,steps to the beach and close proximity to amenities.

Travis, I am disappointed that you felt your stay only warranted 3 stars. The cable that came off of the neighbor's house, was not something that we could have anticipated. I am so sorry that it temporarily blocked you parking in the driveway. I appreciate your kind words about how we quickly resolved it. The cottage is standard ceiling height for a Cape cottage, and has a vaulted ceiling in the living area. I would love to be so tall! As a short woman, I usually struggle to reach tall cabinets, etc. I guess we all struggle with something. Being so close to the ocean, most of our visitors tend to rely upon the ocean breeze rather than the two air conditioners, but I will see if we can do something to improve the temperature in the living room for those high humidity days. I hope that you come back to the Cape again, it truly has so much to offer!

Condo review

The overall stay was fine. The location is great. Very close to beach and it wasn't crowded that much except 4th of July. Lots of great places to eat. We have lots of friends in the area so it was a short drive to see them and spend time. Pictures are a bit deceiving as the cottage is small but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anybody. We may try to rent it again next year if things go well. Deborah was very helpful answering our questions. Cottages are close together but the neighbors were very nice. All in all a nice stay Thanks Mike C
