Please Note: Balcony restoration is currently underway at the building. Construction crews work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and work includes drilling and jackhammering, which creates very loud noise that can be heard throughout the property.

At this time, crews are working on the north-side balconies. This unit's balcony is located on the east side and remains open and accessible, as work is not currently taking place on this side of the building. However, construction noise will still be very noticeable inside the unit.

If you plan to spend most of your days at the beach, exploring the area, or taking day trips, the noise may have minimal impact on your stay. If you expect to spend significant time in the unit during construction hours, please be aware that the noise can be extremely loud.

There is no garage parking at this time. Only one car per unit allowed on property. Extra parking in public lot may be available across the street with a Sandpoint parking pass.
