We just had a fantastic 3 night stay at this property! The interior of the house was clean, nicely decorated and more than enough room for the four of us. The view of the lake is breathtaking and invites you to immediately relax. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Have stayed at Owners other property many times, first time at this one and we were not disappointed! It was a dual birthday weekend for my 9 year old grandson and I who share a birthday, all he wanted to do was fish and even tho it was windy my grandson caught over 27 fish right off the pier! Needless to say he was ecstatic, I think the fish were under the pier. We had a great time and the house had everything we needed and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with any kind of cooking dodad you could want. Nice big yard, and great pier, will definitely be booking with this owner again!

Great location, great stay

We've stayed at the house on little green lake several times and it never fails us. The house has everything you could need stocked and ready to go. Great communication with the owner and they're always very accommodating for our group/ trip.

Golf weekend

My three friends and I stayed over a weekend while golfing at Lawsonia. The house was lovely and a wonderful weekend. The disc golf course in Green Lake was great as well!

Nice property on the lake with room for 5 of us. The shoreline was full of seaweed so very difficult to do anything in the water, including fishing unless you have a boat to get far out in the lake. The house was overall good, but we encountered several spiders and other bugs. We may have been the first rental of the summer so maybe it will be better once it’s more lived in.

The home was nice. The only complaint is the water pressure. Only 1 person could shower at a time. The other shower & toilets didn’t work while 1 shower was running.

This is the first time we’ve heard of this complaint, including from this guest. They did not mention anything following their stay to us, so it seems as though they may not be able to be satisfied, regardless of what is done. Happy to look at any issue once reported, but I would not consider this to be a normal review of our home.

Little Green

My family and I had a wonderful time in this away from home home. The home was clean and organized with labels for all lights. The feel was at home with the luxuries of high quality linens and comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quiet and truly away from the bustle of city life with a small grocery store and gas station a few miles away. This is the perfect getaway for peace and quiet.

Quiet and relaxing

Overall we had a really nice time and were happy with the rental property. The outside could use a little cleaning up and was a little disappointed there was no pier or swing to use. I don't know if it was because of the time of year and maybe just haven't gotten around to doing some things yet. Very quiet and private location which was nice The inside was very nice and as expected.

All great!

This is a lovely home. Think “my lake house.” Very cozy. Everything was well apportioned. The view and yard are spectacular. It was so quiet and the stars were amazing. Also, it was very close to so many nice hikes around big Green Lake, the Amish bakeries, and colors galore. Brian the owner was also so kind and easy to work with for the whole process. It was just me and my husband, though we would easily have brought our teens.

Attending Ryder Cup

Although it was a ways away from the Ryder, it was a nice location we wished we had more time to enjoy. We didn't want for anything in the house. Fully stocked kitchen for pots, pans, utensils, etc. Quite a selection of games and videos and bug spray and suntan lotion for enjoying the back yard going down to the lake. The only draw back was getting to a very nice lower level by way of a very narrow spiral staircase.

Wish We Were Still There!

I hesitate to give this home the rave review it deserves because then everyone will want to stay here! The house layout was perfect, large open concept with plenty of bedrooms. The downstairs provided a separate living/play area and super quiet bedroom PLUS a beautiful newly renovated bathroom. The yard was awesome! Lots of trees to keep it shady and cool. The deck is super spacious with lots of seating and a newer grill. We caught lots of pan fish from the dock in the evenings. I could go on, but words cannot truly express how wonderful it was to spend the week there. Thanks Brian for your hospitality and great communication!

This home is extremely well appointed

The kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry area, deck, lakeside leisure area, dock, outdoor fire pit, gentle slope to water. This home is extremely well appointed in every aspect that one could expect from a vacation site. There is no traditional beach but the bottom is sandy and the swimming would be fine. There are several local bars/ restaurants in the area which serve great food. I understand that the fishing is either difficult or extremely hot. We are already planning how we can get back here as soon as possible. Side note: We visited with an elderly mom and others with some ambulatory challenges and this property is very forgiving in that regard. Great owners. Wonderful stay. Thank you

We love this place. We have teen grands who always choose Little Green. The layout of the home allows for privacy as well as great gathering spaces for meals. We had the best weather ever. Warm, sunny days and cool nights for sleeping. The beds were so comfy too. Our son is the early riser and he found everything he needed to make breakfast for us . . . A great wake up call! Making smores around the fire pit is the greatest way to learn more about your kids and their kids. With school and work, this is their time to bare their souls. They can be so funny too. Laughed until we cried. I need to thank Brian for allowing pets. Our Minnie is too attached to us to leave behind although she surely gained a couple pounds with everyone sneaking table scraps to her. Thanks Brian, for sharing your lake home. Came home relaxed and happy.

Cozy lakefront house

We spent Thanksgiving at this property and it was perfect! Well-equipped with all the comforts of home. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the lakeside setting is beautiful, calm and quiet. All members of the family were happy with our stay. Thank you!

Little Green weekend
