The 1,083 sq ft Trout Run Condo is a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath retreat designed for a relaxing mountain getaway. The casually decorated living space features a cozy propane fireplace, an open kitchen, and a countertop bar, providing plenty of room to unwind or prepare meals at home. Step out onto the semi-private deck to enjoy peaceful evenings and beautiful western mountain sunsets.
The master bedroom offers a king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with a hallway-access bathroom, also with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for added comfort and convenience.
***Please note, a Daily Resort Fee and Cleaning Fee are payable directly to the resort upon arrival.
Daily Resort Fee rate varies by season:
Peak Season, 6/5/26 - 9/12/26, $50.00/day + tax
Off-Peak Season, all other dates, $30.00/day + tax
One-time Cleaning Fee, $250.00 + tax
