Unwind at this new ground-level two-bedroom condo, with the pool right outside the door. The boardwalk is feet from the condo, an excellent location for a family with kids with no need for your car. The charming main bedroom includes a queen-size bed and 55" tv. The second bedroom has a bunk bed twin over double with a 45" tv. The living room has a comfy couch with a double pullout and a 65" tv. The kitchen has all brand stainless steel new appliances. In the heart of North Wildwood, only four other buildings are closer to the boardwalk on the street. One assigned parking spot for the condo.

Great Location for Children

The location was close to the beach, a block from the Boardwalk, & had a pool. With young kids who only want to swim, play in the sand, and ride the rides on the Boardwalk, the location was great.

Great location and brand new apartment

Location is excellent, close to the beach, boardwalk, theme park, business. The entire building is brand new, including the pool, building overall is very family friendly. Parking was easy too. Host is very helpful and easy to access.

Very disappointed to receive a smoking charge since we don't smoke. Reached out to the owner to ask him to remove the fee, and has not gotten back to us.

Can’t beat the location

This property is a half block from the beach & boardwalk. You can’t beat that! The condo was great but the main living space is somewhat small for our family of 6. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds.

Perfect Location & Great Condo!

My family (husband & 3 kids - 7, 5, 2) stayed mon/Friday in Leo’s condo. The facility is perfect location and the place itself seems brand new! We were only there during the week but it was very quiet - we only saw 1 person in the pool the day we got there otherwise it was empty all week. Being so close to the boardwalk is perfect and I felt comfortable walking back at night alone. Leo gave us his number to text if we had any questions and was very responsive.

Great location* for family

My wife and I stayed with our two daughters, ages 5 and 1. PROS * Very clean both inside and out. Most things looked brand new. * Nice shower, good temp and pressure * The location is an easy walk to the Boardwalk and beach * The pool is really nice and literally right outside the door * Central AC, place stayed cool even on a few really hot days. * Relatively quiet area of town. "CONS" (moreso, just FYIs) * Very small. Only one place to sit (couch) and only three stools at a small bar table to eat. No table/chairs. For a family of three? It's fine. If you aren't in the place often, it's fine. We have a five-year-old and a one-year-old, but if the baby was any older, it would have been a tight, tight squeeze. * The pool is right outside, but that means the wall and window to your master bedroom is also right beside the pool. People in the building were using the pool until nearly midnight each night, and they were loud. Again, for most people, probably no big deal. If you have little ones who need to sleep, yeah, it was an issue. * Come prepared. The place comes with quilts and pillows and a few kitchen things. There wasn't even toilet paper when we arrived. Had to immediately run out for some at nearby grocery store. No toaster in the unit, either. * Could use a few more hooks for drying wet bath and beach towels. Again, if it seems I'm being negative, I'm not trying to be. We had a great time, and the owner was very responsive from beginning to end. Thanks!

Perfect long weekend getaway

Everything our family of 5 (three kids under 10) needed. So convenient to walk to the boardwalk, food, beach, and pier with rides, games, and water park. We never got into our car once we arrived. Nice and quiet pool; beautifully renovated condo building; spacious, clean, and simple unit, located on the ground level and right outside of the pool entrance. Property manager was responsive and available. Check in and check out were easy. Would definitely rent again and recommend. Thanks for a great time away in wildwood!
