This amazing space was newly built in 2022 and features fully stocked kitchen, dining area, 1.5 bathrooms with large walk-in tile shower, 2 living rooms, King Size bed in primary bedroom, pull out sofa on loft level, and private balcony & deck.
Extra amenities you will appreciate:
Kitchen: blender, Keurig coffee maker, espresso maker, barware, cookware, dishwasher, K-cups, sugar, soaps, detergents, trash bags, icemaker, basic spices, and olive oil and more
Bathroom: Hand soap, Linens, Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash
Laundry: Full laundry with detergent, fabric softener, clothing steamers
Guest Access:
Please note, the 2 story condo is located on the 2nd floor and guests must be able to carry luggage up stairs to access condo. Keyless Code entry is active from check in to check out times. The George & Evelyn on 8th are privately owned and managed offering peace of mind with security systems, fire suppression, keyless locks, private outdoor spaces and reserved assigned parking.

Located in the heart of 8th Street Holland, you are in the center of this beautiful downtown area. Take in the beautiful scenery, savory restaurants, and numerous places to shop while not having to get in your car.
Getting Around:
No car needed, 1 reserved designated parking space. If you are looking to explore outside of downtown, you are just a short drive away from several parks, beaches, and hiking areas.
Other Things to Note:
Please note this is an animal free property and have an Airbnb exclusion for service animals on file. It is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the building. No elevator, must be able to climb flight of stairs with luggage.

This property happens to be shared by two cousins, Matt and Amy, to go along with their two spouses. Their shared grandparents, George and Evelyn, are the inspiration behind the names of the property. In 2020, the two came together and began the journey of completely rebuilding the property and turning them into something unique and special that we'd be able to share with others who are visiting our hometown. Amy's husband, Chris, was the backbone of the whole buildout and spent extra time on each detail ensuring that these units were of the highest quality.

The convenience of being located right on 8th St. and having a couple of patios that overlook 7th St, combined with the luxurious feeling accompanied with the unit is something that hasn't been seen in this area before. Whether you are wanting to walk around downtown or make a short drive to the beach, this is the perfect spot to treat yourself.
