Whether you want to explore downtown Scottsdale or enjoy the scenic views of Camelback Mountain, Arcadia has it all. Situated just off 44th Street near the canal, the house is only 15 minutes from the airport and downtown Scottsdale. Arcadia boasts some of the city's best schools, dining, recreation, and shopping options, including the Global Ambassador hotel with its four restaurants.

**Pool:** There is no additional charge for the heated pool. The host maintains the water temperature at approximately 82 degrees with a maximum depth of over 9 feet. It is heated from 7:30am to 7:00pm between November 1st and March 30th. Safety measures include a pool fence with a self-closing and self-latching gate. To ensure minimal heat loss, please use the pool cover when not swimming. Without the cover, the temperature may vary and become cooler.
**Temperature Control :**Guests cannot adjust the pool temperature themselves. Please contact the host if you have questions.
**Security Cameras: **The outdoor area of this property is equipped with 4 security cameras and a video front door smart doorbell, which may record audio. One camera covers the entire backyard, including the pool and hot tub. Additional cameras are located on the side of the property, front door, and driveway.
**No Parties** This property is not designated for hosting parties. Parties or disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.

I love this property for the quality, location, and very large backyard. Full renovation of interior by reputable general contractor. No cutting corners. Everything we did was for the long term. My wife and I are here often.

Large backyard with super cool shaped deep pool that was designed in the 70’s. Pool has been fully renovated. Hot tub 2023. Added pergola, Sonos outdoor sound system, gas fire pit, outdoor grill, fridge, and travertine patio tile. Plumbing, heating, kitchen, ceiling fans. Premium interior foam insulation was sprayed in the attic and injected into the walls keeping the house nice and cool.
