The Gold Nugget Lodge is a unique blend of seclusion and convenience that makes it a true gem. This cabin features a large deck and floor-to-ceiling windows facing east to watch the sunrise over miles of the Black Hills. Enjoy the nights next to the outdoor fire table, under a blanket of stars unobscured by city lights.
Inside the cabin, you will find natural finishings, large, exposed beams, and a cozy fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that sleep a total of 12. Downstairs there are 2 queen bedrooms. The master suite has an en suite bathroom attached while the other bedroom is adjacent to the second bathroom. Upstairs in the loft, you will find 2 sets of bunk beds with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the loft has a foosball table, pub table and chairs, and toys for the kids. The kitchen comes stocked with all things needed for cooking at home. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and overflow parking for trailers is available.  Options for a RV campsite including full hook-ups with power & water readily accessible are also available at request.

Absolutely no smoking in the house. If signs of smoking are detected in the house, a $250 fee will be charged along with any associated cleaning fee. If you do smoke outside, please be courteous of the cigarette butts and dispose of all trash properly.

No smoking on the wood deck or porch area. We ask that you smoke near the garage on the gravel and utilize the ash tray to dispose of cigarette ends properly. If these requests are not followed there will be a $100 fine per each violation per every individual that violated these restrictions.

Under no circumstances is parking of any motorized vehicles such as ATVs, UTVs, SXS, Motorcycles, etc. allowed on the covered porch. Each vehicle that is doing so will be assessed $200 per violation and may result in contract termination and eviction.

Underage drinking is prohibited, and we are not responsible for individuals that choose to provide alcohol to minors or those that are underage and choose to consume alcohol. Drugs/illegal substance use is not permitted.

Use of the firepit is not allowed, there is a fire table provided for guest use.
Do not make a fire anywhere on the property, this will result in the immediate removal of guests.

We provide high-quality fire extinguishers. If a guest makes a decision that results in using the fire extinguisher, they will be charged the full cost of the extinguisher, which is $70.

We do not allow pets at this property. If a guest is caught with a pet of any kind, they will be charged a $500 fine AND will have to leave the premises. Please do not attempt to sneak them in.

The maximum capacity for an overnight stay is 12 guests. Daytime capacity above 12 needs prior approval from host. Fees will be assessed in the amount of $500 and may result in eviction should this rule be broken.

The garage is private, personal property. Unathorized entrance will result in a $500 fine, a phone call to the local authorities, and immediate eviction.

We strive to keep our cabin safe and are not responsible for the negligence of a guest. Please make good, safe decisions that will not harm yourself, anyone else, or the home. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages to the house or property. (Outside of normal wear and tear)
