Located on the second floor, this two-story condo accommodates up to six guests between the two tranquil bedrooms.

Both bedrooms have their own unique style and a TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle.

The bedrooms share access to a beautifully tiled bathroom with a spacious double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

A new guest bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Awesome rental!

This is a great vacation rental! It's perfectly located across from the beach, and there's a pool and hot tub on site. The management is very attentive your needs. Great place to stay!!!

We really like this place. We’ve stayed multiple times because the location is great (walkable to the beach, the marsh, and stores and restaurants) and the unit is clean and mostly well stocked—it just needs more dish towels!

Great family beach trip.

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the beach daily. The unit owner supplied boogie boards, sand chairs, and umbrellas. Our only two suggestions would be that the management company should provide more paper towels, napkins, and garbage bags and it would have been nice to have something to get the tar off our feet (walking on the beach leaves tar on feet). The interior stairs were a bit of a concern since we had two small children with us. Everything considered, it was a great vacation. Lots of nice restaurants close by the condo and only a short drive/bike ride to Santa Barbara.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, an excellent value. Very clean, everything is new, efficient floorplan, 1/2 blocck to beach, comfortable beds. Complex is fairly quiet.Would be useful to have a serving bowls/platters--otherwise, we were very happy with this rental (and we have rented a LOT of condos!)

We come to Carpinteria every year and this unit was perfect for us. It was true to the pictures and very comfortable for my family. A little construction criticism, the kitchen faucet drove us nuts. It soaked us every time we did dishes. I would replace it. But other than that a perfect 10!

Great place and location, however...

We love Carp & this location is great. This was our 3rd time staying at this place this summer. The first 2 x the place was clean and had adequate amenities. However we were really disappointed with the cleanliness and supplies during our recent stay. The BBQ was not clean & out of propane, no dish towels, a dirty sponge, no extra dish soap or paper towels, only 2 wash clothes & hand towels, no bath mats/floor towels. The coffee Pot for the coffee maker was missing. MBed nightstands were not clean. Probably will explore other options next time

Not worth the price.

We paid a hefty price for this place located one minute from the beach. There was no coffee (just a tiny coffee maker), very little amenities (so bring your own soap, shampoo, etc.) and the wifi did not work at all. Worst yet the water heater did not work well as the water was either really cold or really hot no matter how many times we tried to regulate the water heater. (It was 50-60 degrees outside so hot water was crucial.) The water pressure was nonexistent so if you could get hot water it would take a while to warm up in the shower or clean yourself from the soap. When we arrived the floors were dirty - after we were reassured that they would take extra care to sanitize the place since there was a booking right before we arrived. (CDC Guidelines recommends a 48 hour gap between guests for rentals.) We were so unhappy we left early. Really disappointed in what we thought would have been a wonderful stay.

Great place and location, rude residents

Well the condo itself was great. Very nicely decorated, everything looks new. The kitchen is very well stocked with pans, dishes and knives. No cheese grater. The location to the beach is awesome, just across the street. Now the not so good. The pool is located in the middle of the complex, therefore any noise from the pool echos loudly. Literally everytime my kids went to the pool, an elderly lady (the same person over and over) came out and would stare in scorn that my kids were enjoying the pool. She even called the manager. The manager came out and apologized about it. Then the elderly called the manager, because I was strumming some chords on my ukulele. Although there is nothing written anywhere about not playing music by the pool, I had to stop playing. Two days later, my kids were playing with a beach ball outside our door, a different lady came out and yelled at my kids that this was not a play area. SO IF YOU HAVE KIDS, THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALL. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING. IF YOU DONT HAVE KIDS, ITS A GREAT PLACE. MIND YOU, Several nights people were poolside until 10pm being very loud, and they were never talk to. I suppose they were residents. Upon check out, I was called by a turn key employee, about were was my key. The directions is to deposit the key in the managers key slot. I emailed the company that morning stating I was leaving my key per directed. I had to inform the employee after being called where I had placed the key. Then I was told that because I had used all the towels in the place, that I was going to get additional charges. Fortunately, I standard operation of mine is to make a video of how I leave a place right before check out. I always leave a place almost as clean as when I got there. I sent the video and the employee dismissed the "extra additional fees." So in summary, great location and great condo. Rude neighbors, and difficult staff.

Great spot for families!
