This rental accommodates eight guests between three bedrooms, a loft, and a full-size futon in the fitness room. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, sofa, gas fireplace, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. The enchanting loft boasts a daybed with a twin trundle and a desk. The guest bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination, while a half bath is located off the sitting area.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill. Soak in your private hot tub amidst a peaceful alpine setting.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. There are about five fans that can be placed all over the house and plugged in for use. Guests will also enjoy radiant heat flooring.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
