Enjoy sunrises over Puget Sound from the oversized windows or the deck, take in the beauty of a lush garden filled with perennial plants, or head out to any major tourist spots in Bainbridge all within a short 10 minutes of driving distance. There is plenty to do and see for your visit.

The Space

Settle in and enjoy meticulously designed Mid Century Modern space with large east-facing windows overlooking Puget Sound. Wake up to a stunning sunrise that you can enjoy from the living room, the master bedroom, and the deck! It's a private home all to yourself and your guests to enjoy with a private driveway and plenty of free parking space in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are many unique features to this family friendly home and we cannot wait for you to experience them all!

Living Room

As you step into this spacious family home, you are welcomed by a stylish living room full of natural light all day long – rain or shine. The most exciting feature is the large window overlooking the glistening view of water to watch the ships, boats, and cruise ships sail by all throughout the day. The space is thoughtfully designed to be cozy with an all new comfy sofa, day bed, and a lounge area by the fireplace to cuddle up with a good book.

Bedrooms

After a busy day of exploring Bainbridge Island, you can relax in cozy bedrooms with the most comfortable memory foam beds for a restful sleep. No stones were left unturned to help you recharge with a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses with clean beddings and assortments of firm and soft pillows. Master bedroom and second bedroom are tucked away on the main floor while the third bedroom is downstairs with access to a separate half bath. There’s also a fun flex space and media room for kids/adults to enjoy with additional sleeping space.

*** PLEASE NOTE***: The master bedroom has a unique contemporary open concept bedroom/master bath separated by a tall partial wall (please see pictures for layout). Master bedroom has heated floors with a sunken tub, skylight, and large windows with access to the deck – perfect for a romantic getaway. Large windows have black out curtains in case you prefer to sleep in a dark room.

While you are at it, reach out to a wine cooler for your favorite beverage. Lastly, don’t forget to use popcorn poppers available in the kitchen to complete your movie night.

Patio and Backyard

While you can enjoy the view through large oversized windows all throughout the living room, sinning and kitchen; this house also boasts a large private deck to enjoy warm sunny days with family. Enjoy the large deck sipping some coffee over a sunrise or entertaining a meal on a sunny day with an ocean breeze. Cook delicious BBQ and enjoy an outdoor meal with family and friends on a brand new grill. Overlooking the large deck is a lush garden with beautiful cherry trees, rhododendrons, and perennial plants. If you come in spring/summer, you’ll be welcomed by cherry blossoms and pink/red rhodies – truly an oasis for you to cherish!

The location

House is right off Sunrise Drive in the Rolling Bay neighborhood of Bainbridge Island. The house is minutes away from Manitou beach in the south, and Fay Bainbridge Park in the north. It is located in a quiet yet accessible and safe neighborhood. You can take a short stroll to Rolling Bay for some wine tasting (Rolling Bay Winery), highly rated Italian food (Via Rosa) or to grab quick groceries. If you are from out of state and feeling adventurous, you can also take a day trip to downtown Seattle, just 30 minutes on a ferry. The house is conveniently located from many key places (see drive duration below):

Guest Access

The house is exclusively yours without any interruption during your stay. We hope that you will leave your stress at the door and enjoy this space at its full potential.

***Full disclosure: two cameras in the property. One on the ring doorbell and one on the garage overlooking the parking space. These cameras are strictly used to monitor the house for safety since it is not owner occupied and is not in any way intended to encroach on our guests’ privacy ***

Other things to note

We follow enhanced cleaning protocol and take no shortcut in order to offer a meticulously clean house for our guests. Here are a few highlights:

- Our cleaning crew are highly experienced, local business and have been cleaning vacation rentals for many years.
- We comply with local laws and CDC cleaning guidelines.
- Each item in bedding including mattress cover, pillow cover, quilts and duvets are pulled out and washed at every turnover.
- Extra cleaning supplies are provided so you can clean as you stay.

PETS ALLOWED

Maximum of two medium sized dogs are allowed at this time for an additional cost of $100 per pet for each stay. Please declare during booking and send us a message if you are planning to bring your furry baby.

HOUSE RULES

***Additional Guests: Not allowed. Max guests number for adults is six. We allow two additional guests on case by case basis for additional $25 per night per guest for up to max guests of 8***
- Minimum age to book the house is 25
- We ask to register the name and age of all the guests that will be staying in the house which includes children.
- Strictly no parties or events are allowed.
- Quiet time is between 10pm to 7 am.
- No smoking inside house.
- Please respect our neighbors.
- No food or drink in bedrooms and couches.
- Please report any damage or issues with the house right away.
- Turn off AC before you leave during summer and set the heater temp at 65 F during winter.

ADDITIONAL PET RULES

- Maximum of two medium sized dogs are allowed for an additional cost of $100 per stay per pet.
- Only dogs are allowed.
- Please pick up any pet waste in the back yard and dispose of it in the garbage bin on the driveway.
