Stay at Boardwalk Villas Resort, an oceanfront property! Our 2-bedroom lockout unit(2 connecting units) sleeps up to 6 guests and features stunning ocean front views from the private oceanfront balcony. This unit combines a 1-bedroom suite and a studio, equipped with a full kitchen and kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and a living room.

Important Information for Your Stay:
Welcome to our timeshare units! Please note the following:
Provided by the Resort: Pool and shower towels, linens, and pillows.
Guest Responsibility: As a timeshare guest, please bring your own toiletries for the week. The resort does not provide these items.

No Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed at any of the timeshare resorts. The resort does accept legitimate service animals, but emotional support animals are not permitted.

Check-In Requirements:
Upon check-in, the resort will take an imprint of your credit card and place a $200 hold for damages, which will be released upon checkout.

One parking spot is included with your rental.
Guests must be over 21 to check in at this resort.

During Your Stay:
-For any issues with your unit, please contact the front desk directly. The resort maintains the units and handles all upkeep and cleaning.
-Washer and dryer in Resort on every other floor, no laundry service(you can do laundry as needed with the washers and dryers located in the resort).
-No daily housekeeping is provided.
-I am local and available to assist with any check-in issues.

Timeshare Presentation:
You are NOT required to attend a timeshare tour or presentation when renting an owner's unit. If the resort asks, you can definitely decline unless you wish to participate.

Amenities Notice:
While we strive to provide all listed amenities, we cannot guarantee their availability during your stay. Maintenance or issues beyond our control may result in temporary closures.

Unit Updates:
The resort manages all upkeep, maintenance, and decorating of the units. Pictures may not match the exact decorations in the unit, as the resort updates and changes things as needed on a monthly basis.

****Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation. Also because these are similar to a hotel reservation, you will be required to provide your home address for the resorts confirmation.

However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. nor the Landlord/Owner has control over “The Resort” or the cleaning company hired by the resort and Tenant(s) agrees to hold neither VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or Landlord/Owner responsible for any delay in occupancy. The rental guarantees UNIT/LODGING ACCOMODATIONS ONLY. WE make no promise as to the availability of ANY or ALL amenities at the resort.
