The Space:
Our favorite feature of SkyBox is at the top of the adorable spiral staircase ascending from the third floor to the rooftop, where a private rooftop patio awaits with sweeping views of downtown TC and the waters of West Grand Traverse Bay. With plenty of space and seating for at least six people to enjoy cocktails, chat with friends, and watch the sunrises or sunsets, our rooftop deck is the place to be!
Located on the second floor of SkyBox you will find an open living room, dining area, and kitchen, where large windows bring in plentiful sunshine making it a prime space to host friends and family during your stay! The contemporary kitchen has brand new, stainless steel appliances that support cooking at home or storing leftovers. If you find that your adventures around town or to the beach result in sandy attire, rest easy knowing that we offer a full laundry room conveniently located next to one of the bathrooms!
SkyBox is a townhouse style condo with both bedrooms and the second bathroom on the third floor. Each of our queen bedrooms have nearly floor to ceiling windows, bringing in natural light and extensive space for two adults per bedroom. Luxury vinyl plank flooring flows through the entirety of the residence providing a homey but clean feel.
Unlike many downtown condos, SkyBox has a private, single car drive under garage that offers convenience and protection for you and your car!
Whether you’re visiting for the city scene, beach days, or a little of both, SkyBox has pristine amenities and a location you can’t beat.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit, private garage, and private rooftop patio. To access the home guests will be messaged an entry code to use on the electronic keypad by the garage door.
The Neighborhood:
SkyBox is steps away from some of the best hidden gems in town. Stop into Folgarelli's for their incredible sandwiches and charcuterie boards. Pop across the street to Burritt's grocery store for a wide selection of wine and specialty food items. Chef’s In and Traverse City Pie Company share the parking lot with Burritt's. They are both great for sandwiches, pies, soups, and more! On the same street you will find the Cheese Lady to fill your cheese cravings, Modern Bird Restaurant, a nail salon and more!
Walk a few short blocks and you will be in the heart of downtown Traverse City with endless selections of shopping, restaurants, activities, and more! Getting Around:
Everything downtown Traverse City is walkable, but for those looking for transportation, Uber and Lyft are both available.
Other Things to Note:
SkyBox is a beautiful, townhouse style condo with a private parking space on the ground level. To access the main living room and kitchen, you must climb a flight of stairs. To access the bedrooms, you must climb another set of stairs as the bedrooms are on the third floor of the home.
We provide one parking space (private garage). The private garage space can easily accommodate small to mid sized vehicles, but may not fit larger vehicles such as SUVs or trucks. The shared driveway to access the garages can be a little tight so we recommend driving slow and being courteous to other residents accessing their private garages. If you have questions about parking, please contact us and we will be happy to assist however we can.
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
