We can be reached via Airbnb app and a designated cell line which we share, once you are a confirmed guest.

We're hands-on hosts who want you to have the best stay possible. You can reach us by phone or text anytime during your visit — whether it's a question about the BBQ, a restaurant recommendation, or anything else. We typically respond within minutes. You'll also receive a digital guidebook before arrival with everything you need to know: check-in instructions, WiFi info, house tips, and our favorite local spots for dining, surfing, and family fun.


South Oceanside is a laid-back beach neighborhood with a surf-town soul. You're within walking distance of local coffee shops, craft breweries, restaurants, and boutiques along Coast Highway and the pier area. Buccaneer Beach — one of Oceanside's best for surfing and snorkeling — is just a few houses away.
The Oceanside Pier and Harbor are a short walk or bike ride north, with whale-watching tours, boat rentals, and harbor-side dining.
For families: Legoland is about 10 minutes away in Carlsbad. Disneyland, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo are all within an easy drive. The weekly Sunset Market downtown features live music, food vendors, and a great family atmosphere. Don't miss the local taco shops, the California Surf Museum, or a sunset stroll along the strand. Flip-flops are practically required here.


Smart lock entry — your unique code is sent before arrival. You have full access to the entire home including all three levels, both oceanfront decks, the beach and fire pit area, outdoor beach shower, and all beach gear in storage (chairs, umbrellas, body boards, sand toys, cooler).

The fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and charcoal BBQ are all yours to use. A dedicated workspace with monitor is set up in the living area.

Free street parking is available directly in front of the house and across the street — no permits needed.


MAIN LEVEL: Open-concept kitchen, living, and dining with floor-to-ceiling ocean views. 65" Smart TV. Split AC. Sliding doors to oceanfront deck with dining for 8. Breakfast nook and island seating. Full-size washer/dryer. Queen bedroom with private bath and AC. Bunk room with full-over-full beds, twin trundle, and AC. Both rooms have closet space and are perfect for kids.

DOWNSTAIRS: King primary suite with ocean views, pull-out queen sofa, 65" Smart TV, split AC, private bath, and covered deck overlooking the beach and fire pit.

BEACH LEVEL: Fire pit with seating for 7+, beach storage with chairs, umbrellas, body boards, sand toys, and an outdoor shower.


This is a very walkable neighborhood — most restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach are all within a few blocks. You won't need a car for day-to-day beach life.
For exploring further: the Oceanside Transit Center is nearby with Coaster commuter rail service along the coast (great for car-free day trips to Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, or downtown San Diego). The Sprinter light rail connects east to Escondido.
If you're driving, I-5 and Highway 101 (Coast Highway) are both easily accessible. San Diego International Airport is about 35 minutes south. Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are readily available.
Bike rentals and electric scooters from Ride O'side are a fun way to cruise the 3.5 miles of coastline.


We are only few houses over from public beach access and in an amazing spot for those who love to surf and snorkel.

No smoking anywhere on the property. Street cleaning happens twice per month — please check posted signs to avoid a ticket. Free street parking with no permits required.

Firewood is not provided for the fire pit but is often available from previous guests. Fire starters and a lighter are in the beach storage area.

A charcoal BBQ is provided with charcoal and tools.
