Distinguished Mid-century modern luxury home with authentic designer touches located on Dornick Hills Golf Course. This home overlooks the 3rd green. The course has undergone a complete restoration by worldly known golf course architect Tom Doak. He has returned it to Perry Maxwell’s original design.

Great Set Up

Mr Roberts is a great host, the house is set up perfect for multiple families, the open concept is perfect for entertaining with awesome views. The back yard has plenty of space for our kids as well. We had 12 people there and never felt crowded at all.

Best VRBO! Amazing host

We absolutely loved The Maxwell House. It was spacious and clean and easy to host a BBQ. The host even brought us a folding table to use and had a full propane tank for us. The backyard has great open space for kids to run around and the location is very close to everything we needed, Starbucks, Walmart and the baseball fields. Thank you.

Great Place

We recently rented the Maxwell House while in town to gather with extended family members. Everything about this place was excellent. The house was very easy to access, and we were even able to check in early. The decor is modern and stylish, and the golf course view was spectacular. We had plenty of space for our group to gather, eat, visit, sleep, etc. and the kids enjoyed the gaming system in the downstairs living area. Our family had such a wonderful time getting the opportunity to gather together in such a spacious, beautiful place. All of the glass windows and sliding doors made the house so open and bright. The only issue was the direct sunlight in eyes while trying to eat dinner at the dining room table since there were no curtains or blinds to pull, but we were able to manage just fine. I highly recommend this listing, and look forward to coming back in the future.

Washington Family Reunion 2022

This house exceeded our expectations and really does look just like the pictures. We had family coming in from all over the country and there was plenty enough space for all of us (12) to come together or get a break from each other at the same time. The kids also had enough room to run around in the backyard. The kitchen area is large too with plenty of prep space. All bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The house did get a little hot for us but it is July and there are lots of windows without curtains on the main floor. We were able to have a great get together with our local family members too on the 4th of July (22 people total). We had plenty of space for grilling, tables, multiple coolers and chairs. My only advice would be, if you are going to have a larger gathering outside, keep in mind this house is located in the middle of an otherwise quiet golf community.

Great Experience

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, but this one exceeded my expectations in every way. The home is exceptionally clean, right down to the baseboards. Every very detail throughout the home has been meticulously and lovingly thought out; it's obvious the owners take a great deal of pride in this home. You'll find this VRBO to be exceptionally well stocked with every day supplies not usually found in rental properties.

The house is even better in person! Super clean and lots of details by the owners. Great location and neighborhood. The beds were also very comfortable and loved all of the windows-our favorite part. The owner was super kind and wonderful to work with before and during our stay.

12 of us were able to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday. All she ever wants is us all to be together and we were able to do that in this beautiful spot!
