Direct, unobstructed ocean views! Enjoy elegant coastal vibes in this 10th floor unit in Harbour Light Towers on spectacular Sand Key! Offers guests the rare opportunity to experience East AND West panoramic views from balconies and windows on both sides of the building. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise on the east-facing patio with table four 4 and a beautiful view of the Intracoastal waterway, just outside the unit door.
When the sun is setting, relax with a glass of wine on your private balcony overlooking miles of white sand beach and the Gulf and then later take in the lights of Clearwater Beach to the North at night.
Primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, full ensuite bath (bath/shower, new comfort-height toilet, and recently updated vanity/sink/fixtures) and sliding glass doors to a spacious balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The balcony is also accessible from the living room. The second bedroom is generously sized with a large closet and view of the intracoastal waterway to the east. The second washroom is conveniently located across the hall, with shower, new comfort-height toilet, and recently installed vanity/sink/fixtures.
With tile flooring throughout (no carpet) and updated kitchen and bathrooms, this 1100 sq ft unit is the perfect home away from home. Modern, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats four plus optional kitchen bar seating for two. Cable and high-speed internet included. Brand new 55" smart tv so you can stream Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
Beautiful, heated ocean-side pool. Covered parking spot on 2nd level., located very close to the building entry and elevator. Gas BBQ near pool available for guest use. On-site security (gated). Convenient location with the Shoppes of Sand Key just across the way, including excellent restaurants, coffee shops, convenience store with all the essentials (including wine!), nail salon, and charming coastal-themed shops, all along a waterfront boardwalk.
Enjoy the tranquility of the beach right outside, or hop on the Jolly Trolley (or bike or walk) to take in the fun and excitement of Clearwater Beach across the bridge, just a mile away. An ideal location for all ages!
Paid laundry shared among 8 units on the floor (just down the fresh-air hallway). Can use Visa or download the AaxonPay app. Kids allowed, but we have open balconies on the 10th floor so not appropriate for small children and climbers! Unfortunately, the condo association does not allow pets. The property manager requires renters to complete an application form along with a $150 application fee.

It has been a lifelong dream for me to own a place on the beach, and I'm so excited to have fulfilled that dream finally in May of 2022. When I was looking at purchasing condos in the area, what intrigued me most about this place was definitely the front-facing orientation, allowing for unobstructed, full water views from both sides, and the unique patio at the front along with a beach-facing balcony. It truly is a special place. I love waking up and running for miles on the white sand beach, and then picking up a coffee across the road at the lovely organic coffee shop. What you can't see from the road is that, at the back of the Shoppes of Sand Key, the cafes and restaurants all have outdoor patios directly on the waterfront boardwalk, where you can watch the dolphins play and the boats sail past.
