Expectations & Rules
As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3:
Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period.
Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property.
Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights.
No Exceptions. Reservations cannot have outside guests or visiting friends.
Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or attempt to bring additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
No Subleasing
For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed.
No 3rd party booking; the booking person must stay through the reservation.
No Parties or Loud Gatherings
While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.
(Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)
Pet Policy
We welcome 1 small non shedding dog! A pet fee applies.
Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.
Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.
