The Space:
Nestled just north of Colorado Springs in Monument, Colorado, our newly built home offers a luxurious and spacious retreat. This expansive property, including a walkout basement, is designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation, making it perfect for families, friends, and adventurers alike.

MODERN LIVING SPACE
As you step inside, you're greeted by a contemporary living area that seamlessly flows into an updated kitchen. The master bedroom, a sanctuary of relaxation, features a king bed and a brand-new Smart TV. Accommodations also include a cozy twin daybed in the second bedroom, a welcoming queen bed in the third, and a fourth bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle. Each room is adorned with fresh linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Catering to your culinary desires, the kitchen is stocked with all essentials: cookware, utensils, a variety of glasses, plates, bowls, a microwave, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig coffee machine. Whether whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, this kitchen has everything you need.

COMPLIMENTARY CONVENIENCES
Your stay is enhanced with little luxuries like coffee pods, tea, creamer, and complimentary snacks and drinks. A private washer and dryer, complete with laundry soap and dryer sheets, add to the convenience, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

You will have access to the entire home (including the walkout basement apartment).

The Neighborhood:
Monument, nestled on the outskirts of Colorado Springs, is a serene oasis offering the charm of cute coffee shops and quaint shopping areas. This peaceful town provides a tranquil retreat with easy access to the city's attractions. Just a 30-minute drive connects you to Colorado Springs' highlights, including the Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Monument perfectly blends small-town tranquility with convenient proximity to urban adventures and natural wonders.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car when staying in Colorado Springs and Monument. However, you are also able to use ride sharing apps like Uber and Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
