The colors of fall are absolutely breathtaking, and the beauty continues to evolve with the transition to winter with more prominent views of Mount LeConte from every window! Designed to cater to relaxation and luxury, you will fall in love with the simple, minimal, peaceful design elements and will leave your getaway feeling refreshed.

Upon opening the door, you are welcomed with soaring vaulted ceilings adorned with a wall of windows and views of treetops! The main living space has an open and functional layout with full kitchen, complete with an air fryer, waffle maker, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker AND to-go cups to take with you on your adventures! A beautifully-restored kitchen table has chairs and L-shape bench, perfect for meals or for one of our many board games.

The living room has a mounted 65" Smart TV, a cozy gas log fireplace, a comfortable couch (with BRAND NEW queen sleeper sofa with upgraded memory gel foam mattress), plenty of blankets, and our favorite added feature, the dimmable lights along the wall of windows to highlight the character of the space.

Our front and back porches have string lights for added ambiance. The front porch has 4 brand new rockers, a brand new gas grill, and corn hole boards. The back porch has 2 porch rockers, a hightop dining set for up to 6, and a jetted hot tub with mountain views.

The main floor bedroom boasts a cozy king bed, mounted TV, inviting chair, and its own separate entrance to the deck and hot tub! The dual-sided gas fireplace attaches to the full bathroom with jetted bathtub, standup shower, and spacious vanity.

Upstairs, the open loft has a queen log bed, TV, 60-in-1 arcade game, recreation-sized (not full size) pool table, and a porch dedicated to your hammock hangs!
