Amazing outdoor spaces for gathering, featuring a 40x20 salt-water pool & hot tub, an outdoor grilling & dining area, and a variety of outdoor seating options. A full outdoor bathroom next to the pool is available for your convenience (3rd bathroom).

Enjoy the home year-round. In the cooler months, relax on the covered deck, take in the night sky and views, and gather around the fire pit or indoor fireplace. During warmer weather, spend your days swimming in the saltwater pool, lounging on poolside chairs in the sun or shade of mature trees, and harvesting fresh produce from the garden beds.

If traveling with little kids, the house is equipped with children's toys and books, a pack n' play, a high chair, and a baby bathtub. For the grown-ups, the kitchen/bar area is fully equipped, and there are lawn games, pool loungers, a fire table, and a glorious tree swing.

Sleeps 9 across 4 bedrooms and a bonus space. Infants sharing a bed or bedroom with others do not count towards the total guest count.

1. Primary Suite: King bed with en suite bathroom + TV

4. Bedroom 3: Two Double Beds with en suite bathroom (shared with Primary)
5. Bonus Space: Double Sofa Bed (second living room)

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms inside the house / 1 full bathroom in the pool area.

Once confirmed, you will get a code to the front door that will function during the times of your stay.

You will have access to the entire house (minus 3 locked closets with our personal belongings) as well as the garage and the whole 2.5 acre property. Pool shed will remain locked with our personal goods.

Pizza oven use not allowed unless previously agreed with owner (please inquire). Extra cleaning charge of $50 per stay required if using pizza oven.

Our stunning saltwater pool and hot tub offer the perfect way to relax and enjoy the beauty of Wine Country. The hot tub is heated and available year-round, while pool heating is available from May to mid-October for an additional fee. If you’d like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare it for you.
