The cabin was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed! A fully equipped kitchen, sauna, lake access, and plenty of space for all 8 of us! The host was very responsive and great at fast communication. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at the Little Betsy cabin was great! The cabin was super cozy and very well kept. The view of the lake right in the backyard and from the master bedroom upstairs was magical. Highly recommend staying during the winter months as it was so peaceful with all of the snow. We enjoyed the sauna very much and there are plenty of cool areas not far from the cabin to explore! There was also plenty to do inside when we wanted to just stay in and relax. The hosts were very kind and responsive! Thank you for letting us stay! :)

Terrific location on Lake Superior with awesome views especially sunrises. Cozy well furnished and clean cabin. The location provided the perfect starting point in exploring the wonderful Keweenaw Peninsula. The sauna was really the icing on the cake. We miss Little Betsy already. Thanks for the memories!!!

This cabin was charming and such a delight to stay in! Everything as just as described on the website. We really enjoyed the sauna as it was chilly when we were there. The drive to it was spectacular. The TESLA charger worked perfectly and we'd love to come back sometime.

Jason was very responsive. Place had a very pretty view of the lake.Not meant for more than 4 people. Stairs are steep and narrow and the second bedroom has nowhere to put your clothes because it has two beds using the whole room.

This is the second year we stayed here and it was just as amazing as last year. It was very clean! The communication with the property owners is great. They respond and answer questions in a very timely manner. It’s just such a cool property with the observatory building and the fire pit overlooking the lake. It’s very nice to have a rental that we can bring our dog. The neighbors loved him. And he loved the beach. And we saw the northern lights!

Great way to end our busy summer schedule just in time to start all over again! Definitely recommend going down to Brunette Park for longer strolls on the beach. This private beach was perfect for our kid, and the sandstone bottom let us venture out further than normal. And don’t forget the sauna to warm up!

Quiet Getaway

Little Betsy cabin provided my girlfriend and I with a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of work/city life. We enjoy the beach, the brisk water, and soothing sauna. Throw in an easy drive up to Copper Harbor for a little 1/2 day trip and I don’t know what else you could want. Easily recommend.

Two nights on Lake Superior

This is a lovely location. The beach here is great and the cabin is nice with great kitchen and nice upstairs bed and bathroom. The surrounding area is full of hiking and sightseeing opportunities. We especially appreciated the EV charger! Nice to be able to charge at the cabin and have adequate charge to explore the area and be on the road after check-out.

Great stay

Don’t judge a book by its cover. When you first pull up, the property looks dated, but it’s not. The inside is completely updated and very comfortable. All the kitchen amenities you need are available and the beds are cozy. Full private beach access is great with the fire pit with a bunch of Adirondack chairs. High speed Starlink makes a big difference as we didn’t have a cell signal in the area. Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

The property is amazing and exactly as described on the listing. Clean, spacious, and they had all the amenities you need. The beach is amazing and there is a sandstone shelf out to the lake meaning it’s a perfect place for little kids to splash around safely.

Little Betsy Cabin Trip

We went for a 3 day trip in May. Unfortunately the weather was very cold and the wind was so bad we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beach area. It even snowed one of the days. I understand that this is not uncommon this time of year. The house was very clean and it was very quiet. I didn’t enjoy that the only bathroom was upstairs though. I also found that the wind at our location was worse than anywhere else we went on the Peninsula. The communication was very clear from the hosts and check in was flawless, but considering we were on our first vacation in years, I didn’t enjoy getting multiple messages from the hosts regarding information about the rental and things we needed to be doing after we had already been there for a day or 2. I feel this could have all been done prior to check in instead of right in the middle of trying to enjoy our time away from phones and responsibilities. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible trip and the waterfalls were nice in the area but that was about the extent of our enjoyment while we were there. The bathroom location really did it for me being as far away from where you are in the house as possible and if I would have brought our kids, I can’t imagine how crazy it would have been taking them up a tall flight of stairs constantly to go to the bathroom.

Lovely little cabin

The cabin was lovely and clean. My only complaint was that the only bathroom was upstairs. I loved the little guest book, there are some... um, interesting stories in there. The beach was lovely, we were blessed with the best weather. The fire pit was perfect, the neighbors were quiet... 5 stay and would definitely stay again.
