**BRAND NEW BUILD** (BOAT SLIP AVAILABLE AT MARINA) Enjoy our 3000 sq. ft. open concept modern lodge, nestled away in a private lakeside community. Listen to the stream and waterfall from the patio deck that is surrounded by trees as you drink your morning coffee, then enjoy a five minute stroll down to the marina and enjoy the tranquil clear water of Lake Keowee.

The open concept main level features a master bedroom with king size bed and a private ensuite. Upstairs you will find two additional queen size bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. Down stairs in the basement, not only will you find a second master bedroom with king size bed, but there is also a bunk room featuring two sets of twin over full bunk beds! The basement also has game room equipped with an air hockey table, two arcade machines, a pinball machine, a giant connect four, and numerous board games and puzzles! The lodge also features two large covered decks equipped with a BBQ grill, seating area and dining table with seating for eight! While outdoors, enjoy the serenity of nature with our fire pit - it's the perfect spot to unwind, roast marshmallows, and soak in the tranquility of the Lake Escape Lodge!

All rooms are equipped with Roku Smart TVs - just bring your login details to use the apps!

Great dining, shopping, hiking trails and outdoor adventures are close by - we're conveniently located about 30 minutes from everything! And, if you don't care to leave the lodge, Instacart will deliver your necessities to the house!

Our private community also features a Pickleball court - Pickleball paddles (4) and balls are available for use and located in the Lodge!

Family and friends lake getaway

We rented a pontoon and explored the lake all week. Returning to the home each evening was a relaxing retreat but our favorite part of the home was enjoying coffee on the deck surrounded by nature.

Fun Family Filled July 4th Vacation

House and location are awesome! Close to many, many activities and venues. This was a return visit for us, and as good as our stay was in 2024; our 2025 stay was even better. We made use of the Cedar Creek Marina and that worked out great for the day we rented a pontoon boat. We totally enjoyed the new fire pit! What a great new addition. Looking forward to a future return!

Beautiful vacation house

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend! The house was beautiful, with a very well stocked kitchen. Loved the pickleball court and enjoyed lots of fun games there. We brought our boat and the marina was very convenient. Just note, the only ramp to put the boat in is about a 15 minute drive by car from the house. The marina is about a 5 minute walk from the house…but the walk back to the house will be a bit longer with all the hills! We loved the big back porch and spent lots of time out there. Even got a bear sighting one morning!

We actually live in the same neighborhood of this property but needed extra space for a large family get together for a 60th birthday party. This place was perfect. All of our extended family loved their experience in this almost brand new home, which is very well laid out, spacious, and extremely clean. This place definitely has a nice mountain home feel to it, with decks overlooking the private woods. It is great for the younger generation too with a game room including several arcade games. We plan to use this home often for future family get togethers.

Great Lodge near the Lake

Our family used this great home during the Clemson Family weekend. Everything was as advertised, brand new, higher end everything, very well equipped to handle large family groups. Ray and Ashley were very prompt in their communication & allowed an early check in which help our group. Definitely will stay here again.

Great house and location. Very convenient for our needs. Lots of room and very clean. The Master bedroom could use a chair or two and maybe a chest of drawers in the closet. Drapes and rugs might help to baffle the sound in the great room to counter the hard surfaces.Thank you for letting our family stay in your home!
